This review is for Triple Omega 3◆ 6◆ 9: 3600mg x 120 Softgels.
Seems like a good quality OmegaX supplement. I didn’t notice any issues upon inspection with any of the capsules. No weird smells and taste was pretty average for fish oil. I did get a couple fish burps once but didnt happen again, not sure why. Overall, pretty good supplement for the money.

I received a bottle of 120 Omega 369 soft gels. The bottle was adequately sealed to maintain safety and freshness. The expiration date is clearly marked and far enough out to consume the entire bottle. The bottle recommends a daily serving of 3 soft gels. I lower my daily intake to 1 or 2 per day. Compared to other fish oil or omega oil supplements, these soft gels are pretty typical in size, shape and color. There is a slight fishy smell but not really noticeable when taking these. There is no flavor.
I typically eat foods that are very low in fat or fat free. Fried foods or high fatty foods give me extremely bad heartburn. These Omega soft gels are a good way to supplement my low calorie mostly low fat diet. They give me those important omegas without giving me the heartburn. I don’t notice the fishy burbs or any other negative side effects to mention.
I am satisfied with the quality of these Omega 369 soft gels. They appear to be inline with any other omega oil supplements available. This product met my expectations.

I like this supplement, because these have olive/flax/fish oil. Contains much needed fatty acids. Absorbs quickly, easy to swallow with water and no after taste.

Each softgel contains a powerful combination of Omega-3 Fish Oil, Flaxseed Oil, and Olive Oil, providing a total of 3600mg of essential fatty acids. What sets this supplement apart is its rich Omega profile. It includes Omega-3 (EPA and DHA), Omega-6 (ALA and LA), and Omega-9 (OA), ensuring a well-rounded support for cardiovascular, nervous, and overall health. appreciate that each bottle contains 120 easy-to-swallow softgels, making it convenient for daily use. Plus, it’s non-GMO and free from gluten, crustacean shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, artificial colors, flavors, preservatives, and sweeteners, which gives me peace of mind about its quality.

I started taking Omega 3 (6 9) supplements about 9 months ago, and have been reading a bit about them since starting. From what I’ve seen most commonly, it’s best to have a ratio of between 2:1:1 and 4:1:1 (3, 6, 9, respectively).
On this label, it’s hard to tell the ratios. For example, the first Omega 3 listing states “Omega-3 Fish Oil 1200 mg”. Under this subheading, it then lists: “EPA (Omega-3) 183 mg” and then “DHA (Omega-3) 120 mg”. This adds up to 303 mg, and there is no mention of what the other 897 mg consists of. This leads me to believe that it is not Omega-3 content. If I read the rest of the label this way, I’m lead to believe that the ratio is 903:120:780 (roughly 45:6:34, or very roughly 9:1:7). I would prefer that the ratio be more in line with between 2 and 4 to 1 to 1. Or perhaps the label is incorrect. At the very least, it’s unclear.
I keep these in the freezer, as I’ve also read concerns about fish oil becoming rancid if left at room temperature for to long.
I am not a health professional; please do your own reading / seeking of nutritional information. If you eat fish regularly, you probably don’t need any Omega 3 supplements!

I have taken quite a few different brands of fish oil capsules, and to be honest, they’re pretty much all the same except for the strength and dosages.
The packaging and labeling were well done, and after reading all the ingredients on all of the other supplements I was taking, I was happy to see the ingredient list for these was pretty much all oil all the time.
They were standard looking gelcaps, which are fairly large, but I have no trouble swallowing several pills at once, so it’s hard for me to rate whether or not things as easy-to-swallow. I draw the line at swords, though.
I did notice that there didn’t seem to be many fishy burps, which has been a problem with some other brands.
I feel good about recommending this product.
