The blend of magnesium, potassium, and calcium really is such a great combination and does wonders promoting calmness, relaxation and sleepiness.
I take mine about an hour before bed and just let the sleep take over. I have taken these 4 nights in a row now, and I have slept so soundly it is incredible. I have tried other magnesium gummies as a sleep aid and these by far are the best! I even took one in the daytime, and it did help relieve some overwhelming anxiety from stress that I was experiencing.
They come sealed perfectly for freshness and packaged nicely.
The taste is delicious and sweet; however, they are a bit sticky so avoid if you have braces of any kind.
I prefer a gummier texture but the sleep I am getting with these makes up for the stickiness.
The only downside to these magnificent gummies is the sugar content. I wish they could substitute it with a more natural sweetener.
Other than that, I give these 10 stars!

Hubby takes these about 30 minutes before bedtime and says they help his body relax and his legs aren’t as restless as they used to be. I found they help my body relax so I can sleep better. The flavor is good with no notable after taste. They are more of a stiff gummy making them a bit more chewy. We are ok with that. Would recommend these to family and friends.

The vitamins taste great! A little gummy and sticky to the sides of your teeth but has a nice flavor.
I purchased a 2 pack and only received 1 bottle so I gave it a 2 star bc This item is not eligible for replacement/returns, the item was out and I didn’t see an option to replace missing item.
UPDATE: So thrilled that they are back in stock! Sadly I will have to purchase from another vendor, bc my last purchase was $21 for 2 bottles and the price has gone up to $30 for 2 bottles.

These magnesium gummies taste really good. I love gummies but I hate taking vitals o this is a win win.
I mainly ordered these because I was hoping to get some pain relief from my lower back pain. I have been taking these for almost 2 weeks now but I have not noticed any relief. Maybe I need to complete the entire bottle. I was also hoping it would help me sleep but that hasn’t been the case either.
I will continue to take and hopefully either my pain will get better or my sleep…hopefully both.
