My really positive feeling about these lip masks shows just how much our personal preferences and priorities differ since there are so many negative reviews already. One thing that gives me a more positive impression about a product is the ingredients list. For a lip product especially, I consider how healthy or harmful the ingredients are since inevitably, we’re going to ingest a little. The ingredients in this are much more innocuous than many lip products (all EWG green), so I am comfortable letting my family use it. I’d rather have a waxy product with better ingredients than a softer one with more petroleum products.
This is a harder and more waxy lip product than some, so I use a spatula to spoon out a small amount. It melts easily on my lips and is easy to spread around once melted. It lasts reasonably well but most will want to apply after eating/drinking. It has a scent, but it doesn’t linger too long, and each variety smells pretty much like I expected based on the name.
There is a likely an ingredient error since tetrastearate triacetate probably should be sucrose tetrastearate triacetate. Two of the varieties have sucrose and tetrastearate triacetate listed as separate ingredients. I deducted 1/2 star for the discrepancy.

Yes, the product is kind of hard and waxy in the jars, but I just used my nail to scrape a little off and put on my lips. It will last quite awhile based on the minimal amount I needed to use. It does feel sort of similar to just a normal lip balm, but I found it to be less waxy feeling and more oily/moisturizing feeling than most stick lip balms. The scent was there but not super strong, and it seemed to stay on my lips for at least the first part of the night. I think I will start using it during the day as well, since it isn’t too greasy etc. While not a super value, the price is fair enough for 3 jars that will last a long while.

This lip treatment is less like a creamy lip treatment, and more like a chapstick-like waxy balm in a pot. It’s kind of hard, and I have to use my nail to scrape some out to get enough product. As for the flavors, “pink hibiscus” is very perfume-y and doesn’t taste like it’s something you want on your lips. The other flavors of “blush peach” and “berry” are better, but not great. The best part of this set is the gift packaging and the fact that you get three products. For the quality of the lip treatment itself, I think these are a little over-priced at $16.99.

This isn’t a horrible set of lip balm but any means, and does moisturize my lips.
I was a bit disappointed in the scents as they are extremely mild. I prefer scent free products when it comes to skincare, but lip balm is something I do like fruitily scented. There is nothing like giving my husband a lovely kiss to then hear him say “your lips taste delicious!” Unfortunately he couldn’t tell what flavor I had on my lips, let alone even smell it.
Scent aside, I think these work well at keeping my lips from drying. I guess winter will be the real test as that is when my lips go from soft and supple to dry and cracked.
The balm is not as soft as others but still applies decently. You just have to swipe your finger over the balm a couple of times. Not a bad thing as too much balm can feel greasy or waxy.
There is no stickiness and if it wasn’t for the barely there scent, this would be 5 stars.

These lip masks are awesome! The ingredients are clean: cocoa butter, murumuru butter, and shea butter are the first three ingredients, so it’s very moisturizing. My favorite scent is the mango, but they’re all nice. When room temperature, it’s very solid and thick, but it melts smoothly and thoroughly on contact with body heat, so it’s easy to apply to the lips, and only takes a very small amount to fully cover both lips.
My lips always get extremely dry and cracked in the winter, so I’ll be applying this every night before bed this winter to combat that. So far, they are smooth and hydrated every morning when I wake up. Very happy with these!

Love the flavors in this trio set. They smell great and provide ample moisture to the lips. It’s not heavy which I was expecting for a lip mask. It’s more like a chapstick. The strawberry one gave a nice pink hue to my lips which made my lips look naturally pink. I like the scents and quality of the product but I do feel that the product could have been more hydrating/moisturizing.

The Overnight Lip Sleeping Masks Trio Set is an extreme disappointment.
The only positive is the pleasant fruity scents. Plus 1 Star
First, the lip masks are very hard and the set does not come with a spatula. I cannot use my finger to apply the products since the consistency is so hard. Minus 1 Star
Second, after using a spatula from another product, the lip masks were clumpy and chunky. A lot of product was wasted, because the chunky clumps would not dissolve and had to be wiped off of my lips. Minus 1 Star
Third, the jars look like they are a decent size, however if you look at my picture, you will see that only one-third of the jar is actually filled with product. Minus 1 Star
Fourth, the lip masks are just okay. When applied, they are oily and do not last that long on the lips before having to be reapplied. Minus 1 Star
