This tea is very mild flavored and delicious, you can drink it hot or cold, sweetens wonderfully with Stevia, and does the job of cleaning out your colon and whole system. No matter how little you eat you’ll have a substantial bowel movement daily. And I drink mine cold. Keeps it stored like iced tea in a 2 qt pitcher which lasts for several nights because all you need is 8 oz of it at a time.
Now here’s the tradeoff… You gotta brew this stuff right or you’ll suffer if you don’t. If you brew it too strong you’ll have severe belly aches from gas and extensive bowel movements. BELIEVE ME, YOU DON’T WANT THAT! So to start off, if you’re brewing just one cup, brew the tea bag for 2 minutes and not a second longer. okay, it does what it promises. it really cleans you out, really! the only downside, which is the reason i dont use it as often as recommended, is that it gives me the WORST stomach cramps. it will wake me up in the middle of the night and is just so unpleasant. i do believe that it works, thats for sure. but you will be up all night, taking multiple trips to the restrooms, and in some serious pain. you really gotta plan ahead when taking this stuff. i only drink it on weekends when ill be home and have no big plans.

I’ve been using this tea for over 5 years to help with my constipation problems, I use one teabag to make a cup of tea and within 5 to 8 hours this tea helps me to get a good go… something I’m unable to do properly on my own. Works great really kicks in about 4-6 hours after makes you poop 💩 a lot and cause discomfort in the tummy but it you keep at it you will see the results in your weight loss I really kept on eating everything the same didn’t felt the need to change my diet…

Doesn’t gripe your belly and it literally releases all the junk in your gut. Love it. Please use two tea bags to once cup. If you follow the instructions that’s on the package, I doubt it’ll work effectively. Also, you can definitely take it and go work and please don’t use sugar, add a tip of honey if you can’t drink it just like that. Awesome product and I will definitely be buying this all the time.
