One week after I started taking this product I had a blood test done. The test indicated that my blood sugar is headed back down.

Lots of opinions in these reviews, not much fact. Here are facts.
I test my blood glucose every morning and also when I suspect something is wrong. I ate some caramel popcorn yesterday after taking TWO of these pills plus a double dose of the similar Irvingia product sold by Life Extension.
Before eating my glucose was 101 (slightly high for me)
One hour later it was 305
One hour later it was 304
One hour later it was 232
One hour later it was 180
One hour later it was 77 (normal)
This is the worst reaction I’ve ever had from a sweet food. Such a spike in glucose is a devastating shock to the body and brain. These pills are totally useless to me.
Additionally, the Life Extension web site (where I bought this product at a higher price) would not let me post this review.

What I likes that help me to manage my glucose
Meaning blood sugars . It keep my A1C on range. I have been using it for a very long time . Great product. Specially for those with diabetes.
