Not actually an anti-wrinkle patch to prevent frown lines. It’s just a mask for use with your own products that’s reusable instead of disposable. As soon as you move your forehand muscles it comes loose. On the positive side it is packaged very nicely but I didn’t want a face mask.

The Tree of Life Reusable Forehead Anti-Wrinkle Patch works temporarily, which is what it is supposed to do. The silicone patch is stuck on a flat piece of plastic and stored in a nice tin box. Once you use the patch, clean it, air dry it you stick it back to the plastic and put it back in the tin box to store. I washed and dried my face, applied my serum, stuck the patch on my forehead and wore it for 30 minutes. During that 30 minutes I was able to move around the house doing things and the patch stayed in place. When I removed the patch the couple of lines on my forehead and 11 lines were reduced. As soon as I made expressions with my face while talking the lines started showing back up. They weren’t as bad as before using the patch, but later in the day they were. Of course, I didn’t expect this to be a permanent solution to lines or wrinkles. If taken care of according to the directions it states the patch should last 3 to 4 months making it a good deal at the current price.
Something else I liked about this product was the directions of how to use it and other information about the patch are on the bottom of the tin box. A nice storage box and directions that are handy, what a novel idea nowadays.

These forehead patches worked pretty well to decrease my forehead wrinkles temporarily. I tried this out for a while before reviewing and found that usually I’d have to wear them for a few days in a row to really see a difference. I slept in mine, and didn’t have any issues with it moving around and was able to use my normal moisturizer at night. Its very easy to clean and I like that it comes with a storage case so it doesn’t get dusty. I have used it for a few months and it is still in great shape, and I appreciate that it is reusable. It did take some time to get used to sleeping with it, and the effect only lasts about a week. I don’t think using it for the 10-30 minutes suggested would actually do anything worthwhile.

So this anti-wrinkle patch comes in an adorable 6.75″ x 4″ x .66″ hinged metal box. It’s stamped with the brand and the product name on the top. Inside, there’s a green oval (with a notch) silicone patch. It has the white Tree of Life logo printed on one side and it’s green on the other. The mask is placed on a clear plastic rectangle.
The instructions tell you to place the green patch over your forehead, when it’s clean, and after you’ve applied serum. You pull the skin flat then place mask on the forehead. You can wear it for up to half an hour. After that, you remove the mask, wash it with soap and water, then let the mask air dry. Last, place it back on the plastic and keep it in the box.
I found wearing this patch to be incredibly (and surprisingly) relaxing. It felt even comforting to wear. Afterwards, I did feel that my skin looked plumper and less wrinkled. It was easy to wash and it dried quickly. This is a cool product. I liked the way it made my skin look and I loved how soothing it was to have on.

I thought this would be more like the sticky silicone patches I’ve used successfully before- but it doesn’t stick at all. I wanted to wear it while I slept and this didn’t even stay on when I turned in bed.

Essentially, this reusable mask increases the effectiveness of the serums or wrinkle creams you already have and love. You place it on your forehead immediately after applying your personal wrinkle potions and it basically keeps them in a moist state longer instead of quickly absorbing which seems to give your outer layers of skin more time to drink and react with the ingredients of your product. I found that it adheres well, unless you are overly animated while wearing it. It is easy to wash up after use- I make sure it’s dry before returning to the provide case for storage. Good for personal use- or would make a good stocking stuffer item, especially due to the cute packaging.

This mask is easy to use and seems to be a quality product. I love that it is reusable. So far, it seems to work pretty well for a short time after you use it. The effects are not extremely long lasting, but this is especially good to use prior to an event or activity where you want to look your best. Maybe over time, with regular use, the results might start to last longer. I am happy so far with the results I have seen, even if short lived.
