I had bought this product after reading 3 pages of good reviews only. But it wasn’t as how I had expected. It didn’t quite help my acne, although it did reduce my acne in certain areas. However, I would not buy this again.

I have always had horrible acne- as a teenager all the way to adulthood. I am almost 40 and prior to using anything with benzoyl peroxide 5% I would still have break outs here and there. I was using another product that was nearly 2x the price as Beauty Facial Extreme. I was perusing Amazon several months ago as I was getting tired of this other company’s price increasing so I went out on a limb and tried Beauty Facial Extreme. Since I am near the end of my 1st bottle and already have one in the cart to order again, I thought I would write a review to hopefully help some of those on the fence about trying another product, especially if you have a staple that is more expensive and are worried about purchasing a product less expensive and the quality. I will confidently say that I was very impressed with my results using Beauty Facial Extreme– my complexion has maintained it’s acne free look, it does not dry skin (yes, if you live in cold climates, naturally you will need to still apply moisturizer, but it’s non drying like some other benzoyl products tend to be), and only needs a minor amount to cleanse the face– all at a fraction of the cost as another similar product. All in all, super pleased with this product and my skin– and highly recommend for anyone to try and save yourself some money while you are at it! On a side note, it does not foam, but has a great lather so only a nominal amount is needed to cleanse the face and neck area. Rinses very easy, too.

I have mild acne on my back I think from working out and sweating at the gym. I’ve tried everything and decided to give this acne was a try and it has really worked to clear my acne up and quickly! It’s the first product that I’m noticing is really effective.

When I first got this product, it had a very weirddddd smell, like burnt plastic or something like that. I think it was coming from the bottle, so bad that I had to transfer the face wash to another bottle. Anyway, I’ve used up all this product and does not see a difference at all. My pores look the same. My dermatologist also told me there’s no way you can really reduce your pore size, it’s genetics. Will not be buying again.

For some reason, it’s very sensitive on the sides of the mouth and the jawline, which is where most of my acne resides. at first I felt a dryness, thinking nothing of it, but in a few days I noticed the sides of my mouth were all red. It’s weird because I don’t spot treat – I wash my entire face and it’s only in these areas where it gets very sensitive. it would dry and leave a white ash layer in those areas, which doesn’t wash off! I combat it by using moisturizer but even then the whiteness shows through. However, this has been very effective with my acne, it has shrunk a lot of old scars and gets rid of new ones completely. I had a huge one that it cleared up where you couldn’t even tell I had it. but one star off for burning the sides of my mouth.

I love this cleanser! I have pretty bad acne and a lot of products don’t work well for me they’ll simply get rid of one or two problem areas but then they’ll come back only a week or so later, I’ve used this everyday in the shower on my face and back where my acne flairs up most and I’ve seen a lot of improvement elspecially in the last week! My skin is so much better then it normally is, even if this product causes some dryness an oil free moisturizer does the trick. I haven’t experienced any problems other then the ocasional dryness.
