I ordered this because I thought would be a good remedy to have on hand, instead of rushing to take antibiotics without trying something natural first. This is a urinary and bladder support aid delivered in a glycerin and deionized water solution, with a dropper, to measure out what you need for a daily dosage. It can be added to any liquid, even water, for consumption, as it has no bitter taste. It has active ingredients, and contains: uva ursi leaf, nettle leaf, dandelion root, juniper berry, fresh marshmallow root, horsetail herb, and fresh ginger root; all organic. It is certified Kosher, and vegan. All of that is wonderful, but the MOST wonderful thing is that, according to their site, for every item purchased, they team up with a non-profit, to supply a child at risk of malnutrition, vitamins for a year! These drops are delicious and taste like an unsweetened ice tea.
It has a number of ingredients that would be useful for a UTI such as:
* uva ursi leaf
* juniper berry
some ingredients might be considered a diuretic:
* fresh marshmallow root
* horsetail herb
other various uses:
* nettle leaf
* dandelion root
* ginger root
It’s packaged in a nice glass bottle and comes with a substantial quantity. It will likely last a long time.

We use more than a couple supplements. It’s not always possible to know how well each is working individually when taken with others. Over the years I have learned to use the label and the ad to judge the quality of a supplement. I use not only what IS there, but also what isn’t there.
Peak Performance Urinary Tract Health UTI Herbal Treatment
PROS:
NO fillers!
Uses many beneficial to the UT ingredients.
Ingredients are organic and or wild harvested.
Comes in an amber glass bottle.
$10 for 60 servings is 17¢ per serving. HOWEVER, product is rather weak.
CONS:
NO information on the label regarding where it’s made. I like to know.
Does NOT give the herb/menstrum ratio.
Uses a blend. The use of blends, or complexes, hides the amount of each individual ingredient. The amount may change from batch to batch, and as long as the total amount of the blend stays the same, the label doesn’t change and the consumer is not informed. I want to be an informed consumer – I want to know exactly how much of EACH ingredient is in my supplement. If a product works for you one time, and the next bottle doesn’t, see if a blend was used. It could be one of the key ingredients that was beneficial to you is present in a lesser amount.
In this case, the 7 beneficial ingredients in the blend amount to a TOTAL of ONLY 473 mg, IF they’re in even proportions, that’s a minuscule amount of ONLY 67 mg each. Make even one ingredient a higher percentage, and the others have to drop to keep the total at 473mg. A comparable UVA URSI only supplement has a serving content of 670 mg, 10 times the average amount here.
I feel if you want to get your feet wet trying an inexpensive UT maintenance extract, this is a good choice. If you’re more into making your own formulas, buy the the extracts separately. If you like making your own extracts, get the dry ingredients and some glycerin and make it. Personally, I am trying to grow UVA URSI, but it’s very difficult to grow from seed.

Well, I admit that there’s a lot of good ingredients in here. The amount of each ingredient is not very much personally I make my own dandelion root tea and utilize a lot of the other ingredients in my cooking so I’m not sure how beneficial of this would be for me.

This is an incredible company. In addition to being 100% organic (a must for health supplements), this company even ethically sources wild foraged ingredients. Wild foraged herbs can be up to 11x (yes, that’s right) more potent than garden grown herbs. I try to make my own herbals as a result using wild foraged ingredients, how nice this company does that also! I am personally *not* a fan of glycerites, I feel like the sugar greatly dampens the medicinal value of herbs and I’ve never felt the same benefit from glycerites as from spirits/organic ethanol extractions. But for people who don’t want alcohol for whatever reason, this is a good way to go (an oxymel/vinegar and honey extraction would be better).
This formulation is intelligent and a good compliment to a d-mannose / cranberry supplement. I don’t know how it works on it own, because d-mannose is our first go to and we know it works powerfully. But it is a great compliment and a good immune booster that’s sure to help.
