All 7 of these are delicious. Think about that, when was the last time you tried 7 flavors of protein in a row and loved every one of them? I’ve never had that happen before. Then I add in that I’ve had 3 other proteins from this company and those were just as good and i’m seriously impressed.
The mouthfeel is also lovely. It’s like a slightly thick velvety smooth texture. It reminds me of a slightly thin milkshake or melted ice cream in texture. Maybe even like heavy cream.
There’s also virtually no foaming when blending it in a nutribullet which is a huge bonus for me as it’s my normal method of making a shake.
Quality all around, I’d give it more than 5 stars if I could.

I love a quick way to get down some protein and other nutrients when I don’t want to eat a full fledged meal. Protein shakes fit the bill almost perfectly, except that I usually have to choke them down because they don’t taste great and they usually have weird texture. So, I wasn’t expecting too much from these drinks but ended up being quite ‘wowed’ by them.
Normally, with the protein drinks I’ve tried, they usually have some sort of graininess too them, these ones don’t have that at all! I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth and silky they are, making it much easier to drink.
I’ve tried the chocolate, chocolate peanut butter and cookies and cream shakes. They are all very good, though the cookies and cream didn’t really remind me of cookies and cream (but it still tasted good). I also really appreciated that they are not too cloyingly sweet, as other drinks are. They had just the right about of sweetness, and yet a nice saltiness to help balance them out.
And I want to add too, that this is me really loving them despite having made them with rather lukewarm water, each time being too lazy to pry some ice out of the ice molds (they recommend adding ice to the shakes). They still tasted great and were VERY easy for me to drink. I imagine that having them icy cold would be even better.

I love the convenience of this product nearly everything needed is included to make a delicious rich tasting shake, you just need to add water or alternative I prefer to use coconut milk, since the packets are sealed they are nice and portable, a shake could be prepared easily on the go if needed, at home these packets can also be prepared in a blender to make a higher calorie smoothie for example if you wanted to add ice-cream, fruit, and other ingredients, so far I have tried several flavors and each one has been delicious and extremely enjoyable to drink, best of all these shakes agree with me perfectly with no bloat or digestion issues, perhaps due to the prebiotic soluble fiber included in each shake.
This kit includes 7 single serving shake packs “chocolate, vanilla, pineapple Whip, strawberries & cream, cookies & cream, blueberry cheesecake, chocolate peanut butter”, each packet containing 20G of protein, with vitamins and minerals, the ingredients do vary slightly with each flavor, but they all range from 150 to 180 calories per packet, 210-380 mg of sodium, and a touch of sugar ranging from 1-4g, the only con I noticed is that all the packets are naturally and artificially flavored, and contain sucralose (a common artificial sweetener).
The included shaker bottle is pretty decent with nice thick hard plastic, easy to flip open cap that closes securely, and it uses a grid system at the top of the bottle that help mixes the contents, I haven’t tried it with other protein powders yet, but it does work perfect with the powder packets included, all the parts are removable for easy cleaning as-well, it’s a decent protein shaker bottle.

The pineapple whip was by far my favorite flavor, and the blueberry cheesecake was such a close second. The included mixer jug isn’t the best, and it doesn’t have the metal whisking ball. I’m not sure I totally understand the point of the gridded insert because it doesn’t appear to do much, but maybe I’m just as thick as these shakes. I found that using my milk frother works well in the meantime. I will easily reorder these shake mixes but will stick with my favorite flavors as I see they are all offered individually. I hope Transform comes out with new flavors because I bet banana would be really good!

This TransformHQ Meal Replacement Shake Variety Box With Shaker is a good way to sample the flavors and I wish more brands would make similar packets available. The cup seems to work well and doesn’t leak nor does it seem to mix the shakes any better than any of the other styles of shaker cups that I have.
The shake packets are all clearly labeled with flavor, suggested instructions, nutrition facts, ingredients, lot number, expiration date (well in the future at time of receipt) and company contact information (in the USA). The powder dissolves well with minimal grittiness detected in a couple of the flavors. A bit of continued shaking helped clear that up. The flavors all taste as expected based on their names with no unexpected taste or aftertaste compared to other products with similar ingredients.
Based on these trial packages, there are a few flavors that I would be likely to buy in larger sizes as well as a couple that just weren’t to my taste. Again, I’m quite happy that TransformHQ offers a variety pack to help new users determine their preferred flavors before they invest in larger canisters. If you’re picky about flavors, this might be a good choice for you.
