I am very sensitive to supplements, which I why I am able to generally do a pretty good evaluation of how they perform. This one, however, is one of those you need to take for quite a while and may notice subtle changes. It is more of a preventative and subtle supplement. This trans version is the more effective version which feeds cells to help them repair and recover over time.
HOW THIS COMES
This comes in a white plastic bottle and the cap is not child proof. The nature of the product does not really call for that, so not a big deal.
PILL SIZE
The size of these capsules is pretty standard. They are not difficult to swallow.
ANY ISSUES?
I had no digestive complaints, gas, headaches, or irritation from taking these.
WHAT IS THIS FOR?
I am using this for prevention against cancer, age related disorders in the future such as dementia, parkinsons, huntingtons, and to strengthen the heart. It is also alleged to be a good guard against candida overgrowth. However, I already am very health conscious and eat extremely well so I am using this as an extra boost not expecting extravagant results.
PERFORMANCE?
I really can not point to solid WOW factor in taking these. They are a good quality from the description. They seem to help keep me in a good state of health, but I have not seen any solid increase in energy, pain reduction, or inflammation going down a lot due to just these either.

THE BOTTOM LINE
I want to take resveratrol to ward off a possible future situations where it is indicated that resveratrol will head off infectious diseases. For the moment, it does not seem to be hurting me at all but I am not seeing a remarkable change in taking them either at this time after several weeks.
MY RATING
FOUR STARS. These are not WOW, but resveratrol is not a WOW type supplement. I plan to take it through winter to help with immunity and health. So far it has performed as I expected given the type of supplement it is. I intend to take it intermittently to have extra boost to my health regimen but probably not constantly due to my already healthy lifestyle.

I like that these have a high 600mg dosage in one capsule, and I feel like the price is right for a 60 day supply. Other brands I’ve tried recently have only a fraction of this dosage per capsule or pill, but cost similar or more. I like that these capsules were made in a GMP and FDA certified facility, but I think it would help their sales if they really advertised that fact. I checked Coast to Coast Nutrition’s website out ahead of time when I was researching another item they had on Amazon, and it’s not apparent there either. At that time, I decided to hold off because even though their prices and dosages per serving seem great, I really want products that are from certified facilities. Fast forward to the day I saw this Trans Resveratrol listing. I remembered researching the company’s website before, and scrolled down to see the reviews. Fortunately, another reviewer had posted a photo of the back label that shows the GMP and FDA certification labels. I went back to Coast to Coast Nutrition’s website, and finally found this info in their FAQ. Now that I know for sure, I won’t hesitate to buy other products from them. But I recommend to them, if they are reading this, to more prominently feature their certifications, because as consumers there are few ways for us to help determine legitimate products. While the certifications aren’t everything, they certainly do help us make our decisions.

Accordingly, Trans-Resveratrol has increasingly been sought in supplements.
This supplement contains, per capsule, 600mg of Resveratrol, with the “Complex Containing 50% Trans-Resveratrol”. Thus, each capsule provides 300mg of Trans-Resveratrol, which is a considerable amount (when compared to similar supplements).
