I like that this has so many things I like in just one capsule. It has Vitamin C, D3, Trans-Resveratrol, Grape Seed, Nicotinamide Riboside, Red Wine, Blueberry, Quercetin, Turmeric, Milk Thistle, Berberine, Black Pepper. With one capsule, you’re not going to get as much of each as you would taking it separately, but it’s great to get such a good variety. Most of these will take time for me to truly see changes, but I’m going to keep taking it. If anything changes I’ll come back and update this review, but for now it’s all good.

The recommended dosage of one capsule daily fits well into our routine, and we like that only one pill a day is needed. Made in the USA in a GMP-certified facility, these capsules are also dermatologically tested, adding to their appeal. The capsules are easy to swallow, odorless, and come in a generous supply.
While it’s hard to judge long-term effects, we’re happy to include this supplement in our wellness program. Representing very good value for 150 days/servings. A ‘Subscribe and Save’ option would be nice. Overall, this product offers good quality and value, but individual results may vary.

The problem with throwing a bunch of things in is that means I have to do a lot of math…for example, this includes 2000 IU of Vit.D…as does my multi vitamin. So if I take this, I can’t take my multivitamin that day…and if you’re on low dose Vit.D, you can’t take this product at all.
I love the resveratrol and especially the nicotinamide riboside that will (hopefully) convert to NAD+. I also love the price. I would just have rather they kept the Vit.D out of it.

This GUDOMET Trans-Resveratrol Grape Seed Extract has a lot of extracts in it. The vitamin D level is higher than what my doctor recommends so I take on every other day. Otherwise it seems ok to me. The size is not big which makes it easy to swallow.
