I take some Herbal supplements, and my Doctor always keeps up on my different herbs I’m taking. On this one after trying it for about a week I experienced some diarrhea and nausea, I stopped taking it and asked my Doctor about it. She told me that should be careful with this one, as it could possibly interact with my prescription blood-pressure pills and my St. John’s Wort that I take regularly.
Evidently this is not for me and I feel bad that I can’t give a fuller review except to make sure that what you’re taking has no interactions, BEST before you take ’em!
As far as I’ve read and studied about the supplement it seems a good quality one of it’s type.

Great supplement plain and simple. One active ingredient. No proprietary blend nonsense. Supposedly tested by an independent 3rd party, and they provide results. Capsules are a medium size. Easy to swallow. No broken caps or pills sticking together like you find with budget brands. So far so good!

Bought a few different brands to try out and lab tested supplements is my favorite. I like that the powder is white (read online that you want white powder). Also that you can pull up the lab report by scanning the bar code on the bottle. Also no fillers! Will be buying again.

I am well familiar with the amazing health benefits of resveratrol, and all of the resveratrol supplements I have taken have always been brown. I looked it up, and sure enough, pure resveratrol powder is white or off-white. The brown resveratrol supplements apparently have other plant compounds mixed into them, which is why they are brown.
I am quite impressed with this supplement, especially since not only has it been third party lab tested, but a COA is provided to prove content and purity. Kudos to a company that puts their money where their mouths are and produces a quality product that is exactly what they say it is.

I’m a firm believer in taking resveratrol for cardio health, ever since it was cited as a key component in red wine. And so I try a lot of different products. This particular brand seems almost “generic,” based on the name (“Lab Tested”). They have a QR code on the bottle, which takes you to a website that shows their product’s lab results.
What you learn from the bottle is that each capsule contains 500 mg of Trans-Resveratrol, and the recommended dosage is two capsules per day. There are 60 capsules in the bottle. The capsules have no particular flavor, odor, nor color (they’re basically white powder), which was kind of a surprise for me, having taken supplements like knotweed in the past (which is brown).
Using the QR code, I saw a certificate from a test done in the summer of 2023, and it confirms the amount of trans-resveratrol in a 2-capsule serving (1,003.4 mg for two capsules) and any trace, microscopic components such as cadmium. I cannot vouch for any particular results thus far in taking this supplement, but I know that resveratrol is good for my health, and it’s nice to know how much of it I’m getting per dose.

Buying vitamins and supplements can often seem like a crap chute, Not to mention purchasing them online from an unknown retailer #anxiety! Being able to scan a QR code on the outside of my bottle and being given a transparent list of everything in the supplement is priceless. I can feel confident in knowing exactly what I am getting. This transresveratrol replaced a similar supplement, I was taking, I did not notice a change in benefits. I would feel comfortable purchasing this supplement from this company again in the future.
