I was hoping this would be a reputable company that actually absorb and do what they’re supposed to especially since they have added extras in here to make it so I don’t have to take extras since it’s all in here and I don’t want to pay $40 for the reus research everyone else is saying is the only one that’s good.
I started off only taking one a day and then I read to take it with food. I took one in the morning on an empty stomach then another later with food. The next day I had energy that I haven’t had since I was in my early 20s! Here I’m thinking it’s depression causing my low motivation and lack of zest for life, which I’m already on meds for. I don’t drink regular coffee cuz regular energy drinks just make me shaky and make my heart race but don’t give me energy. I drink mushroom coffee which did give me a buzz at first but lost its effects after I got used to them. This energy is that spiritual energy! I thought maybe I’m just having an amazing day and I’ll go back to my new normal tomorrow? Well I took two yesterday with food and today I feel that way again! This is what I needed! I hope my skin benefits as well cuz that’s the main reason I started taking these cuz I never expected to actually feel better from a supplement! I didn’t even know I could feel like this again! I thought I lost my energy just cuz life beat me down too much. I’m 42, I feel like I’m 20 again. I’m not a representative, a bot, or paid in any way to give my review. I’m just stunned at how I’m feeling after taking this!
I had to update cuz this has berberine in it too and that’s supposed to send full signals to your brain and help with food cravings and this entire week I’ve been taking these my cravings are gone! I’m not craving junk and I’m not overeating or emotional eating. On top of the energy that it gives me! I feel like a new person like I’ve been revived!!! And if it’s doing this much already I can’t wait to see what it’s going to do for my skin 💗

These capsules contain Vitamin C, Vitamin D3, NR, Resveratrol, Turmeric, Quercetin, Berberine, Black Pepper, and 8 extracts. I take this supplement in the early afternoon after lunch to give me a little energy boost to finish out my work day. I find it works great for combating the afternoon snoozies and helps me power through the rest of my work. It is also good to take it in the morning to get you up and going, especially if you don’t have time to grab a cup of coffee on your way out the door. I haven’t really noticed anything else, but I am hoping, with regular use, that I will get some anti-aging, focus and other health benefits from these quality ingredients.
The capsules are easy to swallow and are odorless and tasteless. The recommended dose is 2 capsules a day. This bottle contains 150 capsules so this is a 2.5-month supply and a great value for that. The bottle is not childproof and has a twist on/off cap with a seal. This supplement is working well for me and I would recommend it for anyone looking for an energy boost with some other health benefits.

There’s too many things in this, namely, the Vit. D. When I take this, I have to skip my multivitamin as that also contains a large amount of D. It does save me money in that it has the NAD+ that I really wanted it for, and also contains the resveratrol and turmeric that I otherwise would take separately.
So, I like it, but be careful if you’re on a low dose D restriction or otherwise get plenty of D.
