I love this stuff! I put a few drops in my water each time I refill my glass. It helps prevent dehydration, esprit the Arizona heat. Would highly recommend.

I discontinued using this Utah Trace Minerals when I learned that I did not need it and that all I had to do was to drink tap water. My municipality water comes from an aquifer that is clean enough and has enough minerals, all I did instead was filtering my tap water through a Brita pitcher with a carbon filter just in case the water had undesirable heavy metals such as Aluminum or too much calcium carbonate. I had decided to give it a try to this Utah Trace Minerals product because I have a Reverse Osmosis filter under the sink that is so efficient that removes all minerals from my water. Now that I use tap water and the Brita pitcher, I add additional Silica for further removing aluminum.

Since 2016 my blood tests have come back showing that I have dangerously low blood salt levels. I started using the trace minerals brand to balance my levels. I use just a few drops mixed with Gatorade to balance out the very salty taste. The serving size is 1 teaspoon, but I divide that up throughout the day so that I can manage the taste

This product provides the extra minerals I need. I mix a few Tablesoons in a gallon of water to keep on hand and drink a glass every morning or after working hard to keep hydrated. My mix does not taste salty when it is needed, but when I have had the amount need, it tastes a bit salty so I know I am good for the day.
