I like to take omega oil in liquid format. It just feels right to me compared to pills.
I wanted to understand why this product is different and I saw in ‘other ingredients’ that it contains something called ‘ConcenTrace’. I looked it up and turned out it’s the manufacturers living minerals solution and that’s basically how they branded it. The downside is that it doesn’t say on the label how much minerals are provided in addition to the EPA and DHA.
The taste is okay, and like most liquid omega, despite the flavoring you end up with some fish taste. It’s a bit too strong for this product, so if you think you won’t be okay with the taste of fish then look for another product.

I am taking fish oil/omega-3 supplements in capsules. I was curious to try purified fish oil without a fishy taste. The trace minerals adult liquid omega-3 is very potent in terms of EPA/DHA load. The oil is scented; It feels like tangerine oil was added. The oil is well purified and almost has no fishy aftertaste. Several times when I poured oil from a bottle into a spoon, a little oil dripped onto my hand. And a fishy smell stuck to my fingers (handwashing was not very helpful). Now I am taking oil from a plastic pipette straight to the mouth. Price-wise, this product is better than in capsules. It is 2.5 months’ supply if you take 3 ml (compatible with capsules fish oil volume).

Maybe I am a weirdo or just different from everyone else, but I actually enjoy fish flavor. I always get disappointed when liquid fish oils these days are being flavored with mangoes and oranges instead of enhancing the natural taste of fish. I used to get a liquid fish oil in the past that was lightly flavored with lemon, and that one was probably my favorite because fish and lemon go well together. It was good over pasta and salads. This particular oil has just a hint of orange. It claims to have no fishy flavor, but to the disappointment of most people, there is a lingering fish aftertaste. Actually, it is not fishy enough for me, but at least it is not sweet like in some other brands trying to mask the fish flavor altogether. Overall, this is a great fish oil, just wish it was a bit fishier.

This is a quality Omega-3 fish oil. It is formulated with Norwegian Epax Omega-3 concentrates derived from purified deep seas fish. It is citrus-flavored (orange) which is pleasant and less fishy to take. A serving size of one tsp. contains 1306mg of EPA and 986mg of DHA, which are a potent, high dose of beneficial Omega-3’s for healthy nervous system and cardiovascular support.
This comes in a blue glass bottle with a plastic cap, neckband-wrapped for tamper-protection. This is a 47-serving supply. The quality seems great and fresh. Mine is good until 04/2025. Requires refrigeration after opening. Overall, I like this fish oil a lot. It is highly-concentrated and potent, and easy to take. It is a little pricey but worth it for the quality, purity and potency. Recommended.

When I first tried it, I can smell the fish scent, which wasn’t too bad, then the taste not so bad, it was subtle. It is now a part of my daily routine.

I didn’t mind the taste of the Trace Minerals Adult Liquid Omega-3 and it didn’t seem to repeat any more than most Omega softgels, but as others have reported, trying to pour from the bottle to measuring spoon or cup makes for a messy oily experience so I used a 3ml syringe to get the 5ml dose in 2 squirts. The label lists ConcenTrace under Other Ingredients, but there’s no indication of how much is in a serving. I appreciate that it’s 3rd party tested for purity, potency and quality (including for heavy metals), but I prefer taking my Omega as softgels to avoid hassling with the liquid.

I used to take those large fish oil capsules and this is my first time trying a liquid. This liquid is best stored refrigerated after opening and needs to be shaken every time before you measure out a 5ml dose. What’s surprising is how concentrated it is. A small 5ml dose gets you much more useful omega 3s than several large capsules. And by useful I mean EPA and DHA. Some capsules advertise themselves as having 1000mg of omega 3s but actually only have 300mg of useful EPA and DHA. This liquid has 2000mg of the good stuff per 5ml. It doesn’t even have a fishy taste although I wouldn’t mind it because I love fish. I’m never going back to capsules again.

I don’t like it. I actually stopped taking it. The fishy smell bothered my wife. The orange flavor just mixes weird with the fishy flavor and is not pleasant. They certainly didn’t think through the process of extracting the liquid from the container. You have to pour it into a teaspoon, but this is pretty much impossible to do some running down the side of the bottle. This would have been much better if they would include a medicine syringe like kids medicines. Otherwise there isn’t much way to get it without spilling some. This wouldn’t me quite an issue if it didn’t smell so fishy. This may not bother some, but it really bothers my wife. I’ll stick to capsules in the future.
