I won’t add this to my water. It’s barely salty to taste, but I have crisp, refreshing water, and this makes it taste like it expired. Sort of like how chips get chewy when the bag is left open; I know it doesn’t make too much sense, but it’s the best way to convey this idea. This does, however, leave me feeling good and reinvigorated. I would probably add this to a home-made sports drink to add electrolytes to it. It’s a good product, but not for general water.

This works exceptionally well! And the taste is fine. Its an electrolyte drink so there is going to be a salty taste because sodium is one of the electrolytes. There is 105 mg per serving (1 teaspoon using an actual measuring spoon) which when added to a little juice gives it that slightly salty and sweet taste. And yes, it works amazingly well!! I use it during my workouts and even days i don’t train because i live in a very hot climate and staying cool outside isn’t an option Most peeps drink caffeine like tea or coffee which actually dehydrates you and leaves you feeling flat or tired sometimes. Its because you need a recharge! Get this! You need it! And don’t listen to the haters and bad reviews.

We installed a reverse osmosis filter in our home and since it took everything out of the water (needed minerals included), I was looking for a solution to replenish those minerals and to have the taste be back to normal filtered water. We tried adding the Celtic salt, Himalayan salt, packets such as LMNT, Liquid IV, etc but it still didn’t taste quite right. We have used the LMNT and Liquid IV in our regular filtered water and bottled before so we know what it should taste like. Water and coffee are usually the only things we drink in the house so I was so disappointed when I couldn’t find a solution to make the R.O. water taste good or normal. With this product, it gives the exact taste of regular filtered or good bottled water. A customer for life!

I feel confident that these minerals are from a good source, and that they will cost me less than the expensive bottled mineral water. I’ve learned several ways to use this, through trial and error (it is very strong using a teaspoonful in anything!), and for what it’s worth I’ll share them with you:
I found that a teaspoon (the recommended serving) in a glass of soda works very well, so I use natural soda, which can be found in just about any grocery store, but especially health oriented stores. On a less expensive note, I fill a glass with ice and water, add a little Gatorade powder (get it on Amazon), and about 15 drops of 40,000 Volts. I can’t say that I feel pumped or anything like some reviews, since taking 40,000 Volts, but I know how important minerals are to our bodies, and pills just don’t do it for me. You can’t beat NATURAL!
