This body wash is pretty nice. It has a gel-like consistency. I feel like it cleansed my skin really well. It doesn’t produce much of a sudsy lather, but I feel like that is good for someone with sensitive skin. It felt very gentle on my skin as well.

For just using as a body cleanser, this is simply okay. It has a strong floral scent, and it’s nice how it quickly foams up. A small dollop of this on my sponge was slightly enough, and the soap at least rinses off easily. Even though this is a mere 3.5 ounces it can probably last you half a month with minimal usage (aka a small dime sized amount every day). But its personally way too overvalued to use primarily as a body cleanser with how much you get, and I did experiment in using this as a facial cleanser with unpleasant results. It did get my face cleaned up, and cut nicely through my makeup, but left it slightly tight. Same sensation as the rest of my skin after washing, and it only got a whole lot better and even visibly moisturizing when I used a lot more soap. And in a lot I mean literally a quarter of the tube! So as a once in a while treat, this is a nice choice. It unfortunately misses many marks when it comes to more frugal beauty options for me.

OK first of all, the scent is oh so lovely. I can’t begin to say how much I love this scent. It is flowery, rich, and just downright awesome. The scent is produced by mixing a number of fragrant ingredients and whomever came up with the idea to mix all that had a really good idea.
The lather though isn’t all there. I don’t feel that this lathers well at all but it does cleanse my skin well and it is very gentle on my overly sensitive skin.
I did use moisturizer afterwards but that’s because I have extremely dry skin.
The bottle came very well protected with an inner seal that was untouched.
It’s a pity that this bottle is fairly small.

This smells like a clean floral and lux. The scent is strong in the tube but dies down after seconds of air contact. The lather is weak. I felt like I was probably using more than needed to get extra bubbles but no matter how much you add it’s the same amount of bubbles 🙁 The amount of product you get isn’t great either. Unless it’s a travel wash only. Too expensive and small to use on a regular basis. I wouldn’t recommend this.

I remember seeing Tova Borgnine on the shopper channel, with her whole line of products. She launched her eponymous perfume way back in 1983, and it’s still going strong, even though she passed away in 2022. This tube of Tova Signature Body Cleanse, 3.4 Fluid Oz. has a hint of that pleasant scent, without being overpowering. It’s lightly floral and refreshing. The cleanse gel is clear and foams up nicely when you add water. I like that it’s an American company, has an inner safety seal and is not tested on animals. The tube is not huge and feels only about half full, so it’s a little on the pricey side for the amount you get.
Update: I’ve been using this as a facial cleanser and really like it. It removes makeup completely, unlike many cleansers I’ve tried. The foaming action feels nice on my face. And my skin looks good in the morning. I’m changing my revi8ew to five stars. For a facial cleanser, the price is fair.

I was initially worried about how this cleanser would smell since I’m picky about scents and can be sensitive to them. But this actually smells really clean and nice and doesn’t feel overly strong in the shower. It doesn’t irritate me in the least, which is wonderful. The cleanser itself feels hydrating and luxurious! It lathers well and I feel so pampered using it. It’s can be on the pricey side for a body cleanser at 3.4 fl oz, but it’s worth it in my opinion.

This Tova Signature body cleanse gel is okay. It’s described as “new heights of luxury” but I didn’t notice anything that would set it apart from other body cleansers. It lathered up well and the smell was fine but nothing particularly impressive. This product did not come in a box which is fine if you are trying to go green, but not fine if you are looking for something nice to wrap and give as a gift. It was also a little dirty and beat up when it arrived and I don’t think that happened during shipping process because the shipping package was clean and not damaged. You can see the dirt and a gouge in the container in my picture. This is okay, but I wasn’t overly impressed by this product especially since it’s being sold as a luxury item.

I really like the smell of this shower gel. It Is a fresh scent so I find it a refreshing gel to use first thing in the morning. It kind of helps me wake up and face the day.
It creates a decent lather, but it is not what I would describe as a creamy lather. I do think that it is quite a good cleanser and it does rinse cleanly off.
I put this in a shower poof and it really makes just a small amount of the cleanser go a long way.
I feel like it’s a very good product however for such a small tube I do wish that it were a little bit less expensive.
