I am always bruising – always have – pretty easily. On my legs it bothers me the most – at least during short season – even though it may be just a tiny bruise here or there. This gel seems to do the trick and truly helps. A little seems to go a long way to me. I also try to apply it multiple times a day – especially if I am home – and in shorts. I try to use natural products as often as possible as well. So, this seems to fit the bill on most levels. The tube is not the largest – but hopefully you are just treating a surgical site or a small area anyway. So, I am happy with this.

I have a tendency to bruise easily. My bruises are larger and painful even when I barely bump into something…truth is, I’m rather clumsy so I’m always dealing with some kind of bruise. I’ve tried other arnica preparations and they were okay but…..this wonder gel is extremely effective in reducing the size and color of the purple bruise FAST! The day after application I had marked improvement in appearance and pain level. A tiny amount rubbed gently into the bruise until absorbed yields great results and I used it twice a day. It can be applied up to 3 times daily. The ingredients are clearly listed on the reverse of the 20 gm. tube. That’s less than a tsp. of product, but seriously, a little goes a long way. I’ve had success reducing the appearance of spider veins on my thigh and near my knee. I’m happy to have had the opportunity to try this product.
However, for the small amount of you get, 35 dollars for a tube winds up adding up to almost 50/oz. Too rich for my blood …..excuse the pun.

OMG, Bruise MD is a total game-changer! I had a gnarly bruise after a cosmetic procedure, and I was freaking out about it showing for weeks 😳. But I started using this gel, and in like 3 days, the bruise was already fading! No more awkward concealer fails 💁♀️. The arnica really does its thing. Honestly, I didn’t think something natural would work this fast, but I’m sold! 🙌
