I really like the non-greasy texture of this cream. Unlike others I’ve tried, it doesn’t leave my skin feeling oily. It’s smooth and lightweight, so I can go right into my workout without feeling like I have a layer of product sitting on me. Huge plus for me who hates that greasy after-feel.

I was skeptical to purchase this product but I’m so glad I did. It works just as it says. It is a thicker cream but begins to melt like coconut oil would in your hands. You slather is on your stomach area or your arms or wherever you feel you need to sweat a bit. Within 15 minutes (probably less than that) you begin to feel the heat and you start sweating! I use it with their sweat band and wow, the sweat literally drips.
I don’t have any adverse reaction other than
the warmth/heat that is produced as you begin to sweat. I personally like the way the way it feels.
Oh, and it smells great and moisturizes ! They need to create a cream w/o the heat too action so I can use it daily.

So first off I’m use to heat gel but this right here man listen..
First time I’m like ok it’s regular heating location I’m nope I was wrong this it fire lotions…. Like other reviews please use gloves because if this goes any other place then you designated your in trouble.
Pros : it does what it saying heats up but to me it fires up and it’s hot ! Like hot hot !!! I just do a hour on my treadmill and I’m already sweating plus I stomach wrap with plastic wraps helps with the cream just a plus for weight loss and cheaper! This is good for when you work out in the winter keep reading and your know why!
Cons: soooooo this con!! Even while showering man listen it’s still burning fire hot like really hot!! Please make sure you only use a little because the more you use the more it will fire burn you! It’s good for the winter because it leaves a hot feeling until it calms down ! No cool shower will help it 😩.. but to mean the heat does help me sweat and do what I need it to do! Hopefully my body gets use to it! Beauty is pain and no more weight to gain this will probably burn it off in how hot it is !! But again it’s still a good product but does it have a mild one lol

I like using this cream on a daily basis, and one thing that stands out is how quickly it absorbs. I apply it about 15 minutes before my workout, and it doesn’t leave any oiliness.
It feels smooth which is a big plus when I’m about to start lifting.

No doubt the name is correct, firestarter. I applied this before my work out and put my waist trainer, the cream burned me so intense that I had to immediately take my waist trainer off and drill my nails in my body because it itches and burns. I really hate this product. PLEASE BE CAREFUL PURSHASING THIS PRODUCT. DO NOT BUY!!! I had bought other sweat gels and they worked and never did this to my skin. This one is in another level of burns. I am not happy with this product and would have loved to have a refund as this was horrible.
