I’m super sensitive to perfumes in detergents. Not because of my skin, but the smell. I don’t want to smell lavender all night on my pillow. Or “fresh breeze” or whatever is add. THIS has zero smell to it and works great, like all Tide products do. I pray they keep selling this product for a very long time. 🙂

Tide Free & Gentle Laundry Detergent Liquid is nothing short of amazing. Even when I use less than the recommended amount—almost always opting for the “small load” measurement—it works flawlessly. Stains and odors don’t stand a chance; there’s virtually nothing this detergent can’t get out.
As someone with sensitive skin, I appreciate that it’s hypoallergenic and gentle, yet still incredibly effective. The fact that it’s free of dyes and colors is a big plus. Honestly, why would anyone need color added to their detergent? It makes no sense when the goal is to get clothes clean, not add unnecessary additives.
The HE compatibility is a bonus, making it suitable for all types of washing machines. Are there better detergents out there? Who knows? With results like these, I have no reason to try anything else. No complaints whatsoever. Tide truly sets the gold standard in laundry detergents.
