This is a nice body scrub with enough “grit” to provide good exfoliation and enough skin-loving oils and ingredients to leave the skin soft and moisturized. As opposed to many body scrubs that come in a tub where you have to dip your fingers and end up introducing a lot of water to the formula, this one comes in a tube so you can squeeze out just what you need.
The Aqua Coraline scent is a little strong for me. It’s quite a perfume-like scent that I’m sure most people will love, but I tend to be quite sensitive to strongly-scented products and this one is a bit much for me.

I’ve tried a TON of body scrubs. Let me tell you i hate those ones that leave you feeling like a greased pig, ready to go in the oven. Those are not for me.
My perfect scrub is a good and scratchy grit, that foams, yet leaves you feeling moisturized afterward. Moisturized – not greasy. This is the one. It is obviously to do with the hyaluronate, why I’m feeling so moisturized.
It comes in a large tube, that has a foil seal, and is a creamy coloured translucent paste. It foams readily, and the grit is a medium size. I dislike micro beads, where i don’t feel like it abraded my dead skin cells, but this is a good sized grit, and you feel really clean.
And the scent – i was prepared to dislike it, because the word Aqua, well most companies when they make an Aqua fragrance, tend to concentrate on cucumber and melon to convey an Aquatic scent, but this one does not. It’s lovely. And it lingers after the shower too, I don’t even need to apply any perfume.
So this just went to my new number 1 favourite scrub spot.
I also think it’s a fair price for the size of the tube you get. I will definitely be getting this again, It’s amazing, and if you prefer your scrub to be of a decent grit, that foams, and doesn’t leave you oiled up, this is the one for you.

This is a great body scrub/exfoliant, but I will say it is a bit expensive for the amount received. $28 for 7 ounces seems quite pricey compared to other options on the market that are quite similar.

As someone who loves body scrubs, I didn’t have high expectations for this product from a brand I’d never heard of before. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how well this scrub performed when I tried it out for the first time.
I appreciate that it effectively exfoliates my skin, unlike some scrubs that barely have any scrubbing sensation (being focused on being gentle too much). The texture of the scrub is just right, with fine but appropriately sized grains that polish the skin without causing irritation. Moreover, the scrub doesn’t leave a greasy residue, which can be annoying. (I like such residue when my skin feels sensitive and dry, but not all the time).
The formula is well-done, leaving the skin feeling soft and smooth after use. Lastly, the aqua scent is refreshing and invigorating, without being overpowering. Although Aqua was the only option I had, I am glad I gave this scrub a chance!
While I wouldn’t use it on my face since my facial skin is quite sensitive, I’ve been enjoying using it on my body for the past two weeks. In sum, I highly recommend this product for its excellent performance!

This body scrub from Thymes offers an effective and safe way to exfoliate while cleansing. The jojoba beads help to gently remove dead skin while also nourishing it at the same time. It doesn’t contain microbeads to pollute our waters. It also doesn’t contain abrasives harmful to our skin, such as crushed nut shells, like some other cheaper body scrubs. The scrub makes a soft lather that cleanses well. The beads are very prominent and effective. My skin feels very clean and soft. It rinses well without leaving a film on my skin. I love it!
The Aqua Coralline scent is very close to a typical marine scent that is a little softer than expected. It is pleasant and unisex. It’s described as “notes of pure water lily, dewy white cyclamen, crisp driftwood, tart yuzu, brilliant lemon pulp, and intriguing bamboo” but I didn’t pick up on any of that. Perhaps because the blend is so balanced.
