I do like these Thrive ice packs. VERY versatile. Can be used on knees, back, or pretty much anywhere.
When frozen, they last at least an hour, maybe a bit more. And, in general, all you need is 20 minutes at a time. But I have used them for two hours. Frozen ice cold, then they are very cold, then real cold, then cold enough to help – and after about two hours – time to refreeze. They come with a cloth bag but I use them with a hand towel instead.
I do recommend these personally.

handy size, they stay cold a reasonable amount of time. Good for knees. They do “sweat” but that’s not a big deal.

I love these reusable ice packs. They are so easy to use. They come in a package of two so I always keep one in the freezer. It’s ready to go whenever I need it. When you put it on your skin, it feels so much better then having the ice cubes stick you. You just slide it into a pillow case and hold it on whatever is hurting.

I got this for injuries but it is hard to form it to certain parts of the body due to its stiffness. But it freezes super quickly and is great quality. I love the texture of it because it doesn’t get too cold.

These are amazing. Freeze fast and stay cold double the normal time. They have a rugged coating that feels like it will outlast me. I am disabled with chronic pain and these are a daily life saver. They help me so much. No other ice packs compares. I have tried almost every one possible until I found these. I tried a couple others even after, but returned them. I give these to family now when they need ice packs. These have won a life long fan. Now I will say, I do not like the ceramic beads types and Thrive does make those too. I DO NOT like those type. This is a gel pad that stay cold.

I had hip abductors surgery and needed to ice regularly. I have an expensive ice machine to use, but the pads were awkward and never right. I bought several different types and sizes of ice pads and this one worked the best. I can fit it where other pads are too large. Because of its length and narrow width, (I bought the 4.75 x 10.5), it also fits perfectly along the leg under the brace. It chills quickly, stays somewhat flexible and the cold lasts a long time. This has become my go to ice pad for my recovery process. I also find it helpful for draping across the top of my shoulder because it’s not too wide or heavy.

I have a hard time finding ice packs that stay cold, but these ones do just that. So well that I actually have to wrap then in a wash cloth before I apply them. I would NOT use these directly on skin, especially without following a 15min max cycling due to the damage ice can have on the skin.
I have migraines and cluster headaches as well as urethral and bladder buring due to some chronic illness and injuries, and it’s been great for me for either putting on my pillow under my neck before i lay down, or being put underneath me when i sit to numb up/freeze the area. They work grear also for vaginal swelling once wrapped in the wash cloth. I think these would be good for post-partum, but they are wide, and again need to be wrapped with a layer or something.
These freeze very well. They suggest 1-2 hours, but I find they work best if they’ve been left overnight. They get rock hard and fully frozen.
They last a good amount of time too, i often am done with them before they get warm, where with other brands and products I have to swap out packs frequently.
Overall these get REALLY COLD, they last well, and they freeze quickly. You can shape them before you freeze them if you need to, and they ultimately should be applied directly to the skin due to how cold they are for safety. Would highly recommend
