I’ve quickly become a fan of Three Ships products and this lavender toner did not disappoint. The toner bottle comes are fully packed in their signature paper tube packaging. Bottle and sprayer were both intact. The scent is beautiful. A subtle, but refreshing lavender that is not overwhelming or artificial. I apply to a clean face and my skin drinks it up right away. I appreciate the clean ingredients this company uses and the simplistic design.

This toner has a very nice, gentle lavender scent (not overpowering at all). It is refreshing to use after washing off my makeup in the evenings and applying moisturizer. The toner feels light and soothing on my skin. I can’t say that I have noticed much difference from using it (yet), but I will definitely continue to use it. The ingredients are pretty clean, which I appreciate.

As we see above, this spray is formulated with lavender water (I’m not sure if this refers to actual lavender distillate, or water with lavender essential oil in it) Aloe, alcohol free witch hazel , glycerin
The aloe in this spray gives it a slightly strange smell, which I know for and a fact that it is normal and is the aloe, as I have many other products with a similar smell that also have aloe in them. So don’t be concerned because it’s normal.
I’m also very glad to see this has alcohol free witch hazel- many witch hazels are distilled with alcohol which alcohol is just not good for the skin, but witch hazel itself is. The brand/ makers of this formula obviously are knowledgeable about the latest skincare science. So that is a huge plus.
It’s mind blowing to me how many brands – even well known companies that absolutely know better- will use ingredients in their products (like sulfates, alcohol denatured, fragrance) which can be irritating and damaging to the skin. It’s a nice change up when I come across a brand like this.
Aside from the slightly weird aroma that is from the aloe, this is a lovely spray for the skin and I still give it 5 stars.

Great quality hydrosol toner in a calming lavender scent. This works very well and is easy to use. I usually apply it after I wash my face and it is very refreshing and soothing. It absorbs quickly and smells wonderful. This brand is somewhat new to me but I’ve tried quite a few of their products and have liked everything so far.
