This is a good probiotic and I like that I can take the capsules and add it to something like applesauce for easier consumption. Make sure it’s well mixed in there though, they don’t have the greatest taste.

I bought these to help try to combat a antibiotic . Is this what it’s specifically for? No. I’m a female and everytime I take an antibiotic, I get a yeast infection. So I attempted and it didn’t work. =( but not the products fault. So 4 stars.

I’ve been taking these for about a week and am impressed. I got them mainly to help strengthen my digestive system, but I’ve always had problems with PH balance; usually at this stage of my cycle I would be having issues, but this balanced everything within a couple days. I was having daily hot flashes, I was losing consciousness and knew I was going to have to do something. I was falling when I passed out and was starting to really hurt myself. Nothing was helping. This one a day probiotic stopped all hot flashes from day one. It has been almost 3 months now and I have not had one full blown hot flash. I have gotten 2 or 3 episodes of warmth coming over my body but nothing like I was before. No weakness, and I was able to continue with my day with minimal interruption. This has changed my life.
