It helps me tremendously with bowel movement. I’ve been taking it almost 7 years and it works great. The only thing I don’t like about it is the fizz. Powder is always hard to drink, but this one has a fizz on top of that. That’s the only draw back. Also, since it’s powder, it’s harder to take when you’re out or traveling. But that’s just a small inconvenience. Because it’s powder, you can adjust your intake as well. I would recommend it to anyone who needs C.

I tried to return it, but it’s a pain to get through to the company for a replacement or refund. I’ll keep the product but won’t buy it again. *I am unsure how we will open the lid. It is a screw on lid, but we may have to pry or burn it off. Put contents in another container- probably a glass jar. Noticed that the company states the bottle is sealed. And to store it tightly sealed in a cool, dry place. Why don’t they put in a jar? We will have to damage the plastic container somehow to get the lid off. I say “we” because my 6’4″ son is helping me try to get the lid off! lol.

I mix this with a fruit drink to take it. It mixes easily and doesn’t add any unpleasant taste. I’ve been using this for months now with great results. I work in a public elementary school. While others are out sick, I’ve not missed one school day this whole year. Those are results I like to see. I would recommend this product.

I’ve only had it three days now, I’m sure it will take longer to feel a difference but I am currently on keto and this doesn’t have any extra ingredients or sweeteners. I drink it with water, and I eat a lemon on the side while I drink it. It tastes like water with some chalk in it. Not offensive but def not something you’re going to drink with dinner or for enjoyment. I like that if it contains any carbs at all it would be trace amounts of carbs that won’t knock you out of ketosis. No extra, harmful ingredients… good for clean keto. It’s easy to run low on vitamin c on Keto and this was a great addition to my diet!

Yo lo uso para ayudarme a ir al baño. Al principio tienes que jugar un poco con las medidas hasta que encuentras tu cantidad. Para mí, una cuchara y media, y me ayuda a ir al baño sin ningún problema.
Mézclalo con agua, deja que todo el gas se evapore (si no da muchos gases) y tómatelo con el estómago vacío, una media hora antes del desayuno.

I have repeat ordered Thorne’s vitamin C, as for me it is the best supplier of clean vitamin C, no additives or fillers. Having a 5g daily dose with 200ml water is easy and basically tasteless. Best way to get higher dose vitamin C, and the buffered protocol works very well for no reactions.
