This is not very ‘scrubby’ for a lip scrub. Jelly with very few exfoliating particles. Doesn’t taste very good if you get it in your mouth either. The packaging is difficult to open, especially if you have wet hands or are using it the middle of a face care routine. I love most of the NYX products I own, but this was a miss for me.

I don’t normally get dry lips but this winter was harsh for my lips.
I was going to buy the lush scrubs but opped for this since I malls are closed and I didn’t want to buy a bunch of other stuff to make it worth the online purchase.
The product is very oily. I was expecting to put it on and scrub a bit of the dead skin off my lip and wash it off but it hard to remove, very oily.
I alternatively, I wiped it off which worked better but I still didn’t enjoy the results of how my lips felt.
Softer, yes? But after an hour or two I could feel the deadskin still there.
Feels more like a oily moisturizer than a scrub.
Much prefer lush scrubs. Used it for about a week before I decided Its not for me.
I’ll keep it for desperate times but it’s definitely not the first thing I’ll grab if I need a light lip scrub.

Was pleasantly surprised with the scent and taste. However I do agree this product is hardly a lip scrub. The fine grains that would classify this a scrub disappear almost instantly from the moment it touches your lips. I scrubbed and wiped it away with a washcloth in the shower and it did leave my lips very moisturized but that’s mostly because the product is very oiling. So it’s definitely more of a lip moisturizer then a lip scrub.
