I took this exactly as recommend which is 3 capsules per day and I never felt any different. That is a good thing that I didn’t get the jitters or heart racing or palpitations as well. Just nothing. It did not curb my appetite either,which is strange because usually these types of pills do. I might have been an exception. I personally did not benefit in anyway from this. I do not recommend this. Update: I’m planning to buy more. After going through an entire bottle, this is my takeaway. Taking 1/day seemed to increase my metabolism, but didn’t suppress appetite; I was more hungry on this dosage. For me, taking 2/day did the trick. I was not feeling snacky at all and was better able to abstain from excess sweets. I had the energy and, therefore, the motivation to do my full workout at the gym. I don’t weigh myself, so I can’t speak to any weight loss (ideally, I was gaining muscle anyway), but I felt good and I liked the way my clothes were fitting, which is all I needed to know.
First review: I’m on day 3 of taking this supplement. I take one in the mornings because of the caffeine in it and so far haven’t had any ill effects, even taking it with just my morning tea. It’s hard to say if it’s suppressing my appetite, yet, because placebo effect is a thing, but it *seems* to work. Once I finish one week, I’ll probably up to 2/day and will update here accordingly.

This is an interesting approach to a fat burner. Rather than loading it with megadoses of stimulants, this formula is more focused on nootropics(to make you feel good), metabolic boosters and appetite suppressants. There are stimulants, like caffeine anhydrous and Teacrine, but they are in rather small doses. This is a fat burner that keeps me calm and focused. I take 3 capsules in the morning before breakfast and it reduces my appetite for most of the day before it comes back with a vengeance in the late evening. Maybe I should be splitting the doses between morning and afternoon. I feel great all day from the nootropics in this.
I have lost 2 pounds in the 2 weeks I’ve been taking this, but I’m on a fairly strict diet and spend 6+ hours per week in the gym, so it’s difficult to say how much of that is due to this supplement. I was considering giving this 4 stars due to the high price point, but I enjoy the experience of taking Thermo Burn+ so much that I felt that 5 stars is deserved, plus I had measurable weight loss in 2 weeks time.

+ The ingredients in these are seriously the best!
+ This works great! Granted, I’m eating well and walking every day, but in the last 45-days I’ve lost almost 20 pounds.
+ They’re easy to take and aren’t too large.
+ They don’t have a terrible aftertaste.
+ They really do work on my appetite. It is suppressed well and I don’t snack during the day.

This supplement claims to do so many different things that usually just aren’t possible without changing your diet and exercise routine. They charge you so much for it as well. Almost $50 a month? That’s just not affordable. I also personally didn’t notice much of a difference.

Luckily for me, I don’t have issues with my weight – but was interested to see if Thermo-Burn would help jumpstart my metabolism, and assist in muscle recovery after exertion. Can’t say it hurt anything, but I didn’t “feel the burn” either.
While I can attest to the beneficial properties of many ingredients in Thermo-Burn (including ashwagandha, chromium, L-carnitine and capsicum), collectively they didn’t do much for me. Also, I don’t understand why you would put both caffeine (yikes!) alongside 5-HTP (a precursor to l-tryptophan) in your formulation. It’s the equivalent of taking speed for the boost with quaaludes to calm you down. Of course, your mileage may vary, and I guess it’s better than other supplements which contain Ephedra.

This product did absolutely nothing for me besides raised my blood pressure. It suppose to suppress your appetite but this product made me hungrier. Maybe this stuff is only for bodybuilders that’s looking to get those last couple of pounds off, i would save your money if that’s not you.
