Very disappointed. I wanted this for low back pain when traveling on airplanes and walking in Europe. When I tried one at home, it didn’t heat up at all. I followed the instructions and even tried different Thermacare pads from different packages – still no luck. On top of this, you can’t get a refund or replacement. Don’t waste your money on this.

I got this to use while on a 3-hour airplane trip. Stayed nice and warm, and kept my back from hurting. I accidentally got the wrong shape and it worked anyway. Don’t place the adhesive directly on skin as it hurts a lot to pull it off.

Lower back and neck/shoulder Thermacare wraps have been one of my go to pain relief product for years, especially when traveling. The heat generally lasts far longer than advertised and they bring great relief.
With those results in mind, I was eager to try the new joint wrap for smaller areas i.e. knees, elbows, etc. To my surprise, the Thermacare joint wraps don’t seem to put out nearly the same level of heat as the others I’ve used. As a result, they were not as effective as I had hoped they would be. Not sure I will get these again.

I originally started buying this product locally from the grocery stores in Omaha. But since the plague arrived, they are actually hard to find all the time now. So, I started ordering from this company & am really pleased with the price, delivery reliability & the actual product. This product actually really does work. I use it on my lower back/hips when I sleep primarily. But it works if I have to do errands in the day time also. I don’t have any problem with it slipping/moving. It does get quite warm, so if you have “tender” skin try a package from your local store first. I have a friend who is super tender & touchy-she thought she could cut them in half- then would only get 1/2 the heat..wrong. This is NOT a criticism-just a a heads up.

I’ve used Thermacare for years. I usually get the neck wrap once and by my error ended up with these. They worked just fine to get into areas on back that wasn’t necessary to have bigger ones. I’ll purchase more in future.

I made a mistake wanted the neck wraps ordered the joint in error. But I think I could still put them on my neck.
Should have paid attention to my order.
Thermacare is really great I use them a lot, gives heat for a good 12 hrs.

I got this to help me during my ivf process. It definitely did what was needed for my pio shots on work mornings. I had this on the go and limited extra time needed to heat my skin after pio shots. It did not stick for long but will give 5 stars for pain relief.
