This significantly alleviated my symptoms. It is easy to mix with hot water, and it lasts for a few hours. I would definitely buy this again.

When you feel your coming down with something drink this and you’ll be in shock how much better you feel. They are both my go to medicine.

I was shocked when I read that you make this with hot water and then sip it over the course of about fifteen minutes. I didn’t know something like this existed for cold relief outside of just like say regular tea. This stuff is very easy to make, and I enjoyed the honey lemon flavor a lot. I’ve been finding that I much prefer drinking this instead of taking capsules because its soothing to drink something warm when you are feeling under the weather. Absolutely must have in your medicine cabinet if you want something warm that you can sip – I hope I don’t need to use it too often this winter, but here’s to wishing!!!

Arrived in perfect condition. I like that it has a variety including daytime and nighttime formulations. I can’t comment on how effective it is, as I’m not sick at the time of writing this review. I do wish they would leave the artificial dyes.

This is some good stuff. Easy to prep, doesn’t taste bad & seems to be help just fine. I haven’t had a severe cold yet this season, so jury’s still out on that, but I’m optimistic.
The combo pack honey lemon flavor has a clear lot number & expiration date of 01/2027, 2 years out. The honey ginger flavor packets also have a clear lot number & an expiration date of 11/2025, almost a year out.

Theraflu is a must-have once school season has started. We all take turn getting sick and love that this is not a fruity or berry flavor, yuck! I love honey lemon and this is very soothing.
