I use my cube daily and many times multiple times a day in the contrast most to help with my lower back pain. It’s helped me heal from that injury and I can say it’s pretty durable. At one point I was using it 4 times a day, each time for about 20 minutes or until it died, then it immediately put it in the charger and about 30 minutes later it would be ready to go again.
You really do have to be careful to not block the fans and that can sometimes be tricky to hold it in the right spot with or without the strap but I ultimately make it work but just using my hand. I feel like it’s a better fit than using the strap.
Overall I would say that if I were to lose my cube or it broke for whatever reason, I’d by another one immediately.

I received this literally an hour ago and am already compelled to tell people about it. Its fantastic. While the surface area may be smaller than some other options, it does work quite well. Best part being the contrast mode of alternating heat and cold. This is a fantastic feature and is already helping with my aches and pains. It also makes it convenient to not have to switch anything out and let the heat / cold alternate.
The one downside. The fan is loud af. It’s like having a 120mm computer case fan strapped to your shoulder so you’ll need some noise canceling something if you want to be able to focus with this thing in operation. I think the fans are required because they’ve used a Peltier TEG (thermoelectric generator) to be able to produce both heat and cold. They need the fan to maintain the heat differential from each side of the plate.

I love this little thing! It takes only a few seconds for it to get hot or cold which is incredible! It definitely helps with aches and pains, and is a lot easier than ice packs and heating pads

I wanted to try this unit out to eliminate the need for ice and a heat pad. Overall, it works fine, but for a small contact area. Overall quality feels high. The plastics is solid and not cheap feeling. Becuase it is kinda bulky, will not fit on surface that isn’t “flat.” I do wish there was more flexibility in the heating levels. It goes from kinda hot to too hot. That said, this is a great step forward for an all-in-one solution to heat/cooling. Hopefully, the battery will keep the charge overall time.

I love this product and the fact that it does hot and cold! I can carry it anywhere with me and don’t have to deal with messy ice packs melting. Perfect for athletes as we’re always icing some body part! Charge lasts long, easy to use, quiet and lightweight.

As a lot of people have stated before me, it’s a small cube so its area of effect is small. Had it just been a little bit bigger, it would have definitely been suitable for my injuries/recovery needs, but I have a feeling that it would take away from the portability.
Temperature wise I think it’s almost perfect. The hot setting is definitely hot and feels great and the cold setting is also pretty good (wish it was a bit colder, but I think it’ll be fine for most people).
Since it’s a solid cube, it’s obviously not flexible so it might be a bit tricky if you need it for less flat areas of your body.
Overall, I ended up returning the item 100% due to its size.
