These magnesium patches seem to work as I have much more vivid dreams. It either has quite a slow release, or just a low dosage. At any rate it’s a good way to get magnesium without swallowing it.

Bought this for sleep and it worked one night and the next night it kept me awake. It does work quickly though which is good. If you want something for sleep, try the sleep patch instead. You may have to use two patches to get results.
