He’s pretty good probiotics for me. I haven’t noticed any need for additional tummy comfort when using them. I have not had any issues. I’m not sure about the anti acne statement. I still do get acne occasionally and I do feel like these have helped my other areas that probiotics target though. Who’s your very high quality and research backed. I do appreciate that and a clarity on the listing and their website.

I only heard about this brand because it’s sold at Sephora and I have struggled with hormonal acne so I have been trying anything I can to help reduce the issue so I was happy to give this a try. I love that it’s FODMAP friendly too because sometimes suppelments with probiotics are not and can cause me other problems. I love that you only need to take 1 capsule a day, though it’s only for 30 days, and the fact that they are vegetarian friendly capsules is nice too. So far, I feel like my gut is taking well to the supplement and I think it will take a bit longer for my skin to really show signs but so far so good!! 🙂

I have only been taking this for a couple of weeks, so I don’t feel I can comment on how well they work. I can tell you that the packaging is very high quality. The bottle is thick glass. The pills taste a little bad, which is unusual. Most of my supplements don’t have a taste. Taking this is a tad unpleasant, but not so much so that I’d advise against taking them. It bothers me a little bit that the pills are dark green, although again, it doesn’t put me off the supplement entirely. It does make me wonder, though if other supplements might work as well, minus these minor drawbacks, but at a lower cost. I don’t intend to buy these again. Nothing against them, though— these seem to be very high quality.

I’ve only been using this supplement for a couple of weeks, so I can’t confidently comment on its effectiveness yet. Since this is an acne-focused formula, I was hoping it would help clear up my mild acne; however, I have not seen a noticeable improvement.
The packaging is top-notch. The bottle is made of thick glass, and the overall design, including the elegant outer box, feels premium. That said, this supplement is very expensive, costing over $2 per capsule. Given that it requires long-term use for optimal results, the price can quickly add up, making it a significant investment over time. Since I did not see a noticeable improvement, I can’t justify the cost purchasing another bottle.

I’ve been taking probiotics, in many forms, for 15 years (before they were the rage) and have lots of science knowledge on what they do and don’t do. I’ll spare you the boring details. They do help with bloat and soften stool to help it move through – even if you have a motility disorder. So don’t believe the extra hype they spin. As for what they’re supposed to do (as probiotics), these do it. I took them for an entire month and am pleased the results were consistent. The capsules aren’t the best smelling or tasting, but they do offer many strains and lots of each one – so it’s worth the momentary ick.
My only issue with these is they’re not affordable for most people – including me. There are many other brands that offer the same or similar ingredients for much less. Each person can decide what works for them and how much they’re willing to pay for it.🙂

For this price point I do wish it was a larger pill count, however I have experienced positive enough results to justify this price point so far. I didn’t realize how much I needed a de-bloating mixture specifically like this one. I has really made an impact on the balance I feel in my stomach and my skin has been brighter and clearer as well. The pills have no flavor or side effects for me when I take them in the morning with my coffee and light breakfast. I feel that they have made a difference in the flatness of my stomach and ease of digestion throughout the day. I do love that the bottling and ingredients are very transparent so I know what I’m taking and what it is supposed to be doing for me.

I really like the overall package design, with a fancy outer box and quality glass bottle, though the text on the packaging is pretty small and difficult to read. So props to them for nailing the presentation for the most part. This feels like a premium product.
But therein lies the issue, as it’s a very expensive supplement, coming in at over $2 per capsule. This is very costly and really adds up for longtime use.
I will say that I appreciate only having to take 1 capsule and there’s only a slight hint of an objectionable taste/scent. The capsules are very easy to swallow.
Overall, a nice presentation, seems like a decent product, but the price is just too much.

Probiotics can be very difficult to review as they generally work in the long-term (this is a 30 day supply) and everybody’s body reacts differently. For me, I did not see any effects in the positive or negative, but based on the company I have full faith that the ingredients are well-studied and quality. Beyond the product, the experience of opening this bottle is very premium, from brand storytelling to packaging.
