I love everything about this product from the clever, eco-friendly design to the key that helps you squeeze every last drop from the tube, this product is a win for both your wallet and the planet. The texture is decadently luxurious, and the scent—unbelievable! It’s sort of a tea tree, pine, menthol and lemon scent? It’s unlike anything I’ve smelled before, but it’s perfect.
The gentle exfoliation is also just right, leaving my skin soft, fresh, and glowing. And because it’s concentrated, just a dime-sized amount goes such a long way, making it even more economical.
I love supporting products that are eco-friendly, plant-based, carbon-neutral, and cruelty-free, especially when they outperform mass-produced junk.

Wanted to love this product but I was disappointed. The exfoliating quality is extremely mild to the point where I don’t think it does anything. It’s hard to get the paste out of the tube without effort even with the key. It’s expensive.

I was excited to try Everist’s body wash concentrate. The texture is thicker than any body wash I’ve used, which I guess makes sense since it’s a concentrate. It came with a key to help get the product out of the tube. I just squeeze a small amount into my hand, add a bit of water, and it turns into this creamy lather that’s honestly perfect. Even with just a pea-sized amount, it spreads really well, and I feel like I’m getting a lot more out of it than with regular body washes that seem to disappear too quickly. The cleanser does have little specks of charcoal in it however, the charcoal is so fine that that it didn’t irritate my sensitive skin.
The scent is light, which I love because strong scents can be a bit much in the morning. This one is subtle, kinda like fresh aloe, or just clean with a hint of nature, if that makes sense.
The formula itself is perfect if you’re someone like me who deals with dry skin. I usually get that tight feeling after showering, but not with this stuff. I’m guessing it’s because of the aloe vera and glycerin they use. It leaves my skin soft and hydrated, which means I don’t have to slather on a ton of lotion afterward.
I like that it’s also vegan, which is a nice bonus for anyone looking for cruelty-free options.
The only complaint I have is with the packaging. The tube can get a little slippery which makes it difficult to squeeze out the product. I recommend this.

Avant même de le recevoir, j’aimais l’IDÉE de ce produit, conçu dans une perspective de réduction des déchets. En voyant le mélange d’huiles essentielles “signature” de Everist, je m’attendais aussi à ce que ce soit dans mes goûts pour le parfum… mais je n’imaginais pas à quel point! Vraiment, ça sent divinement bon, c’est l’équilibre parfait entre les herbes citronnées et herbacées.
Le petit tube, qui s’apparente à un tube de pâte dentifrice, est en aluminium. Toutefois, même en pressant fort, il est vraiment difficile d’extraire la pâte nettoyante, qui est ultra compacte. Un petit outil est fourni pour aider, mais ce n’est quand même pas idéal, surtout si on a besoin d’en réappliquer sous la douce, alors qu’on a les mains mouillées!
Pour le reste, ce concentré est fidèle à ses promesses: j’ai ai mis une noisette sur une débarbouillette que j’ai ensuite humectée pour procéder au nettoyage corporel. Il en faut vraiment très peu, c’est quand même impressionnant.
Toutefois, compte-tenu de la difficulté d’utilisation du tube, ce n’est pas un produit que j’adopterais au quotidien.

This body wash concentrate is basically a body wash with all the liquid removed for cleaner packaging, shelf life and to give the consumer more control and everything can be recycled after. I like the concept a lot. The body wash is mild, did not irritate my sensitive, reactive skin. There’s a mild scent to it as well. There are micro beads in it to help exfoliate, but there’s not too many of them so I don’t think it really does anything besides put beads all over the tub for you to clean off afterwards.
The body wash is in a toothpaste sized container and it also contains a tube key to help get the product out. You’ll definitely need this key as the concentrate is really packed into the tube, I had a very hard time squeezing some out each time. The instructions say to use about an inch and then mix with water. It also says to squeeze it onto wet hands and then add more water to rub. Here’s where I took off stars. It’s VERY hard to squeeze out, even with the tube key. The tube is metallic so it keeps its shape well. With wet hands, everything is super slippery and twice as hard. Usually I squeeze out the appropriate amount before getting wet and just leave it onto the soap dish for it to warm up with the shower before I use it, but this is rather troublesome. The paste is quite thick, so while adding water to it and trying to lather I feel like I end up losing product with the water into the shower rather than being able to foam it up to use on the body. I guess it’s nice to be able to control how much you use and you could section off chunks of the paste for each body part but that’s a lot of extra work to do while in the shower with wet hands and of course, I wear glasses so I have limited vision in the shower. I think they have a good idea going, but they need to work on how they package this product for direct use because the tube is too troublesome.

However, despite applying considerable pressure, extracting the cleaning paste proves to be quite challenging due to its dense and compact consistency. To aid in this process, a small tool is provided; however, even with this tool, the task remains somewhat inconvenient. This issue is particularly evident when trying to reapply the paste in the shower, where the combination of wet hands and the tube’s design makes it even more difficult to manage effectively.
