I absolutely love Thayer’s products. I use them all the time- especially the rosewater witch hazel. This was a new product that came across my feed as I was searching for something else entirely, and I decided to give it a go. As with all their products, I was not disappointed. I absolutely love this product. My skin feels incredibly soft like a baby’s bottom!!! Additionally my face has been clear as of late. During the winter months I find my skin gets really dry and I often get breakouts to do it being so dry. Right now, my skin is very hydrated looking healthy and lush, despite the harsh temperatures of Canadian winter and nooo breakouts!

Truth be told, you can’t judge a book or a facial cleanser by its cover, and I was drawn in by the guy on the bottle, who reminds me of the Smith Bros. of cough drop fame. So guess I was thinking a bit nostalgically about old-timey things. However this is a modern formulation, and at my age I am after moisturizing in all my skin care. So what can’t I settle with about this? The consistency is strange, kind of watery. Also it is billed as “fragrance free”, and I do enjoy the various aromas of my skin care products, but decided I could live without that if I liked the rest of what it did. What I did not realize is that “fragrance free” does not connote no smell and unfortunately this cleanser has a weird chemical smell that I can’t ignore. So while it does its job well enough and has helped my face stay moister I can only think that could be having similar results with a different product that smells better, and I may well return this while it’s still in the return time window.

Thayers Milky Hydrating Face Toner is a must-have in our skincare routine! My daughter has very sensitive skin, and she’s been using this daily without any reactions—an absolute relief for us. It’s gentle, hydrating, and leaves her skin feeling soft and refreshed.
We’ve also tried the rose version and love it just as much. The combination of snow mushroom, hyaluronic acid, and elderflower works wonders for dry and sensitive skin. Plus, the alcohol-free and paraben-free formula is a big bonus.
Great product, excellent price, and a brand we trust. Highly recommend it for anyone with sensitive or dry skin!

This toner has been a lifesaver for my dry and sensitive skin. After just a few uses, I noticed how much more hydrated and smooth my skin felt. Man… not only is this my first Thayers product but first toner ever. As someone with oily skin, I was looking for a hydrating toner that would be beneficial in layering hydration in my routine, as I can’t use heavy lotions/creams.
I am so glad I found this… such a perfect, milky consistency that i put on when my face is damp and i can just feel it right away, it feels like my skin is just drinking this stuff up, then i go in with a gel moisturizer to seal all this in and even in winter right now, while starting tretinoin, i have not noticed anymore dry patches on my face.
Incredible and simple ingredients, amazing amount for the price–you can’t go wrong!! Just make sure you are applying to damp/wet skin for the toner to work and not applying to dry skin.

It burned a little when I put it on. I’m wondering if maybe that was because I washed my face a bit rough or maybe my sunscreen irritated my skin? I did wear a chemical. I’ll try again a few times with a mineral and update. Maybe I just used too much. Maybe it’s the snow mushroom or elderberry water. Maybe it’s Maybelli-
It came with a little tin seal on the bottle so that was nice. I dislike unsealed products.
It’s very creamy and milky, same consistency as a serum. I don’t use pads to wipe it on, I just apply it to my face so it essentially is another serum to me. I got the small bottle first which was about $4 and I can already tell this will last me quite a while. I wanted to try it first before I got the big one. If it continues to burn I may take a pass and try one of the fancy Korean ones. Love the texture though. Really added some extra hydration to my skin.
Glycerin is the second ingredient and hyaluronic acid is pretty high up too so I may just stop using my individual serum in this case. Very humectanty.

Omg, if you are one to care about your skin like I do then you will not be disappointed with this product. I have always used really expensive products on my face and they never really were that great and then I’d be upset because I’d spend so much money on the products. But I saw this product and I had a coupon so I thought, “Why not?” But let me tell you that my skin has never felt better and looked better. I’m 50 something years old and my skin feels so soft, smooth, and rejuvenated after using this product by Thayers, that it never felt better! And Thayers has been around forever just like Olay
(btw another great brand for serums)so I’m glad I tried it bc it works and now I have all my friends using this too. So buy it you’ll definitely not regret it!

This bottle of Thayer’s Milky Toner arrived this afternoon and I couldn’t wait to try it for my bedtime routine. So I washed with my regular Himalayan facial wash, slightly patted dry and moistened the cotton pad. The moment I whisped it across my face, I was impressed with the feel and how moisturizing it felt. Then I slathered my nighttime moisturizer, also from Himalayan. My face feels clean, toned and very nourished. I love this toner! I’m in my mid-sixties and just got out of a four day stint in ICU where the air was so dry I started looking like a turtle 🐢. This stuff is Groovymous!
