I think this is the best delivery system for curcuminoids. Frying up a joint of fresh turmeric in butter is great, especially with garlic and onions and served with whole grains. But that’s messy for everyday- your fingers turn yellow and people may get the idea that you’re a chain smoker. Freshly made turmeric kombucha is also good, but hard to find. So to ease joint pain and increase flexibility in my sporadically active life, this is my goto turmeric. Synergizes well with CBD.
