I’ve purchased this product multiple times. It does not have sugar, or artificial sweeteners. I usually mix it with some fruits and/or vegetables, and add a little honey in my smoothie. Very low calorie, and high protein, gluten free, and a great price point. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

I have tried a couple of pea proteins and this one is my favorite so far. Taste is not bad when mixed with fruit or cocoa powder and sugar and the texture is decent. It absorbs into drink better than others I have tried. Seems to be really good quality. I think I finally found the pea protein for me.

This is a great option for vegan protein without getting a premixed version that has artificial sweeteners and what have you inside it. Be aware that pea powder doesn’t taste super great on its own and you will have to figure out a mix that works for you. My supreme choice is adding frozen mango and strawberries and blending that with the pea powder and some water. This makes it naturally sweet and super enjoyable. Try it out, don’t expect it to taste good out of the bag, but try it out and mix things around to see what you like 🙂

I tried a brand of oatmeal from the grocery store named for a type of brown bear, it is fortified with pea protein. It tasted nice and there was no crash, but it is also very expensive and contains more sugar than I’d like.
So I found this on Amazon, and just roll my own. I put a tablespoon in per serving. It is important to whisk the powder into the water thoroughly before it is added to the oatmeal, otherwise you’ll have a bunch of not so great tasting lumps. Once blended properly and cooked in, I can for sure taste something a touch different than ‘normal’ oatmeal (the store bought stuff was the same) but it isn’t unpleasant. One of my favorite breakfasts, you can a big pot to last several days (freezes well too!) with whatever fruit is in season.

I had high hopes for this product, as I first tried it in oatmeal at a cafe. It had no taste and blended perfectly.
When I got the product, I put in the same amount and prepared it the same way as the cafe did. It tasted like something was rotting. No matter how I prepared it, I wanted to throw up. It was so strong. I really hope this was just a bad batch. But now I have a big bag of pea protein that I can’t use and wasted $15.
