    So far seems to work pretty well. The power is good and mixes well in orange juice and not gritty.

    I use Psyllium for its fiber to lower cholesterol.
    The superfine powder will mix well if it’s first mixed with another easily dissolved powder such as whey protein powder, collagen or beet powder. That also gives it a better flavor and nutrition.

    This works great. I had to start small and work my way up. I’m feeling great. A very small amount makes it very thick, so start small or you will end up with a big clump in your glass and an upset tummy. As you are drinking stir things up or it will settle. I do believe this is tasteless, and I mix it in with protein and greens in the morning. At night just some water. I’m very happy with this product and now that my body has adjusted to it I will make a point of taking it daily.

    I have been buying Terrasoul Psyllium Husk Powder for 4 Years. It was without a doubt, the best you could buy. Clean, pure, very soluble product. This latest batch that I ordered is not the same quality. It stinks, taste like dirt, clumps up in the shaker, and foams really bad. Makes me gag trying to drink it.
    On Friday 1/3, I called their customer service dept. and told them my experience. She said she was going to get with her product team to see about the lot# that I purchased. Sad to say, I never received a call back about this issue. I will not be buying any longer. I don’t recommend this product anymore.

    1. this brand is very good for all others stuffs. but I have to say their psyllium powder is the best it is nature white no other visible debris. it is easy to use for making keto bread and act as starch for cooking.
    2. use amount much less than whole husk psyllium. I saw one star review. most people use in wrong way.
    3. if I cook keto bread my simple recipe is 150g almond powder 30g psyllium powder 10g baking soda and two eggs plus 150-180ml 40-50C water and vinegar added 5ml. bread baking 45min. it is very good texture and very white.
    4. Never use too much. it is dangerous to obstruct GI without enough water intaking.
    5.very good fiber source.
    6. it is different from psyllium whole husk in using half amount of powder.

    If you do any kind of gluten-free baking you need to have this product. Psyllium husk will take your baking to another level and this product is a good buy.

    This is a mild flavored, finely ground psyllium. It doesn’t turn my keto bread purple like some others. Instead it has a light golden color.
