Magnesium supplementation is crucial for us, as we have been on a strong Keto diet for ~4 years now, and this version of the supplement was a good choice but the price to value ratio reduced it a start for us. Here’s what stood out and why we believe it is a 4 out of 5 star product.
First off, the most noticeable effect was its impact on sleep. Unlike other magnesium supplements we’ve tried, this one actually made us feel sleepy, which was a pleasant surprise. It’s a testament to the high absorption rate of Magnesium Glycinate, which is exactly what we need on a keto diet.
The consistency of the product is commendable. Each pill is uniform in weight, reflecting a commitment to quality manufacturing practices. This attention to detail is reassuring, as consistent dosage is key in supplements and some other pill based supplements we have received had large weight variations.
However, it’s worth noting that the size of the capsules is a bit of a double-edged sword. They are reasonably small and easy to swallow, which is a huge plus compared to some of the larger pills out there. But, this smaller size means that the active ingredient per pill is lower (70mg), so you might find yourself taking more pills to meet your desired dosage. It’s a trade-off between ease of swallowing and the number of pills you need to take. I don’t have a problem with larger pills, but my significant other does, so this is great for her.
In conclusion, this is a reliable choice for those on a keto diet or anyone needing a magnesium boost. Its high absorption rate, ease of swallowing, and quality manufacturing make it a product worth considering. Just keep in mind the smaller dosage per capsule when planning your supplement routine. The only real negative was the price point, as this is a bit high for Magnesium, especially since each pill is such a low dosage.

I recently needed to start taking magnesium, and my first bottle of pills turned out to be massive: if one happened to turn sideways as you were attempting to swallow it, it wouldn’t be able to go anywhere. I wanted to try something of a more reasonable size and these fit that desire very nicely. These are some relatively small capsules (compared to the other full-size pills!) that go down pretty easily. I can readily take two at a time without issue.
The greatest challenge is the rather small active ingredient amount per pill. The giant pills I was trying to replace were 270mg of magnesium per pill while these are only 70…so keep the quantity you’d need to actually take in mind when trying to price compare!
So these win out on the ease of taking them, but be aware of the small size and make sure this is taken into account when comparing products!

I have to talk Magnesium daily (not only Glycenate) and normally take high quality but look for nice alternatives on Vine. Most of the time I can tell they are not good quality within a few days.
But this one seems to be great quality. Used for 3 weeks and no issues (if I don’t get good quality I have lower absorption of other stuff and I can really tell).
At $18 for 120 pills this is good deal as well. I get a great discount on my normal high quality ones so I won’t be switching, but if that were not the case, I strongly consider these.

I take a magnesium supplement daily to help with heart health and I’ve read that it helps promote good sleep. This version is a glycinate version to increase absorption by your body and make it easier to get the full benefit. They seem to work well. I feel as rested in the morning as any adult can ever feel so that’s a plus. The capsules are smaller than usual but I did find it weird the dosage is listed as 1 to 4. Seems like quite the range. I take 2 a day and have seen benefit. Made in the USA.

For me the 4 pills per dose is excessive. I generally take magnesium 3 times a day in 1 300 mg a dose. I would need 12 capsules of this product and still be under my magnesium daily goals.
