I wanted to be able to give this supplement five stars however I do have concerns that the carrier oils are sunflower oil and canola oil, both of which are not the healthiest oils available and are oils that I tend to avoid entirely in every day life. I appreciate that the B12 is liposomal but again, wish the oil used was different. This supplement also contains vitamin B six and vitamin B nine so if you are lacking in these vitamins this may be a good supplement to try. It is expensive, at $27 per bottle however it purports to increase energy and elevate mood which could be helpful for many people. There are zero added sugars since it is sweetened with a natural wild berry flavor and Stevia, which I appreciate oats. I doubt that I will be purchasing this again based on cost alone, however for those who need it, it is definitely worth a try.
As a sidenote, I am grateful that the bottle was wrapped in bubble wrap as you can see from the photographs that the box was crushed in the shipping process (which fortunately did not affect the bottle).

The Terra Health Liposomal Vitamin B-12 is easily taken with 12 pumps of the liquid in a little water, and the fruity taste is pleasant. I take Vitamin B-12 for nerves, brain, and energy benefits. I wish that it didn’t contain ‘natural flavoring’ as chemicals are part of the natural flavor mixture.

This seems to be a great liposomal B12 offering. The taste is 100% palatable. It’s easy to use. My energy is better. So I feel it’s effective for me. Price? Depends on what you’re willing to spend. I plan on buying it again.

I wasn’t sure exactly what to expect from a supplement packaged and produced in a form I’d never dealt with before, but it was actually kind of interesting as a whole. First off, yes, it works. It’s not a super long lasting energy punch, so to speak, after the initial reaction wears off, but it’s not terrible and at least you can tell it is working. I imagine a lot of that impact is because it’s pretty concentrated. It’s also nice that it’s flexible in how you can take it, either in a water or literally just squirting it right into your mouth. As for the taste, which is obviously difficult usually to describe in a way others could understand, the most accurate thing I immediately related it to is similar to the red Chloraseptic spray used to soothe a sore throat when someone is sick, except not as strong in flavor and without that numbing sensation. I have never minded that, personally, but some folks might. Over all, it’s likely tolerable for the effect you’ll get.
As many have said, they did A+ with the shipping and packaging for it. It comes in a nice box, then is bubble wrapped to protect the glass bottle, then has a lid and a plastic seal. At least there is no doubt in it’s safety. If anyone is on the fence for trying this, I’d say go for it and see if it works for you. It’s pricey, but not outrageous, and the bottle will last you a little bit.

My first thought was surprise that the dose size was TEN pumps! Ten. I prefer B12 liquids that are more concentrated where the dose is a much smaller amount. The taste isn’t too bad, but it’s also not good. It’s tolerable taking it straight, which I always take it straight to make sure to get the whole dose quickly without diluting it and having to take multiple drinks of it. I did feel a bit of a boost of energy after taking it and didn’t have any negative side effects. One question I have is where is it made. I see on the box and label that the brand/maker is located in the US, but I haven’t found anywhere on the listing, on the box or on the label saying the liquid is “Made in the USA” or where it is actually made. Usually it’s clearly listed on the listing or box of vitamins and supplements. I prefer to purchase items that are made in the USA that I put on or in my body. Overall it does seem like a good product and is as described in the listing and box, but I wish they specified more clearly where it was made.

I’ve always taken B12 in capsule form, so this is new to me. Maybe it’s a placebo effect, but I noticed a difference within the first week of using them. The taste is alright and I usually take less than a full dose. A very interesting product.
