Product is great inside the container. They changed the container 2 orders ago. Very sharp edges on the inside. Scoop provided only has 1 inch handle. Very difficult to get the product out. This last order they had a picture of the old container. I wasn’t happy when it came yesterday to find the new container. I will have to move on from this product.

I bought this product before the package change and it tasted much better and had less clumps when mixing. I just ordered it again and the taste is so bland like it’s unflavored and mixing it with ice cold water formed multiple clumps. They changed something.

My mom is sensitive to ingredients in everything, but this is great! Mixes well, and tastes good added to fruit, ice, blended smoothie or she even adds to milk in morning cereal, excellent product!

The flavor is so good! I enjoy it in smoothies, and I actually use it in a number of my Keto recipes too—it helps keep me on track when I’m needing something sweet. Man I wish I read these 1 star reviews before buying. Definitely taste like soap or fabric softener and smells slightly like it too. I’m so glad it’s not just me. This is my first time trying this product and have never tried the original. Definitely disappointing. Highly suggest not buying. Try something else.. probably why it’s on sale.. no returns either.

This is a good product if you are looking for something quick, healthy and to fill you up in the morning. Using a blender with ice is the best preparation. The vanilla flavor is strong and good. I like the chocolate better. I prefer the organic but I like the natural too. It’s a little pricey and the chocolate flavor is harder to find, lately. Overall this product is one that I recommend.

I love the flavor. I even add some fiber to it. My only issue is that when you leave in a container, it smells horrible.
