These sticks are fine. I’ve added them to water after a workout or being outside in the heat. They do seem to hydrate me well. I feel better after drinking one. However, I think the taste is just a little off. I know that these electrolyte sticks have a ton of sodium in them, but I couldn’t get past the salty undertaste in this one.
