    I remember this brand being used from ages ago in my grandfather’s home in India. He used it regularly and reaped it’s multi health benefits! I’m now following in his footsteps by doing the same! So glad I found it here! This is truly the authentic and original husk!! Amazing, simple and organic by default!!

    Thought I was going to be on the toilet for an hour and I just ended up with an awful textural experience on my tongue. They do the job though. Great for fiber intake.

    Many years ago I was traveling in India and became ill. This product was recommended to me. I have been using it ever since. I gave it to my son since he travels constantly. I gave it to my granddaughter when she was living in Spain. I give it my friends. This works! Use it once and you will never be without it.

    This product works better than I expected. The psyllium is very filling so I stay full for a long time and I really appreciate the neutral flavor. When I mix it into my food or smoothie, it definitely thickens the liquid so just be aware of that – for example, if you add this into your coffee, your coffee will get pretty thick if you don’t drink it fast (basically saying I don’t recommend you add this to coffee).
