This lotion, which I was anxious to arrive, arrived with a non-working pump and possible cold temperature issues. Even though we get our mail within 1 hour of being delivered, this came looking like cold temperatures has caused some issues.
I can use the lotion by taking off the pump and either taking the lotion off the pump itself or using a small spatula to get lotion out of the bottle.
I don’t think using body lotion should be so involved. I should be able to pump the lotion out and use it.

I’m in love. This lotion feels amazingly nourishing (#1), but it also smells so lovely…clean, creaminess without heaviness. So good.

The packaging was VERY poor. The lotion had leaked a little and the pump did not work. I really like this lotion so I dumped it onto a jar and am using it that way. Months later – I ordered it again. This time the pump did not work. Either correct this problem or change the container. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!

I have horrendously dry skin, which is even worse in the winter time. If there was a PhD for lotion, I’d have one. I’ve tried just about everything. This is pretty good stuff.
I’d consider this a medium-weight lotion. It’s not the thickest, it’s not the runniest. It goes on easily and absorbs well. The fragrance is pretty good as well.
