This used to be a great product. Pure Taurine. Now they put filler in it and makes my stomach very upset. Same for my husband. So sad. Guess everyone is trying to cut costs but now it’s a crappy product.

Most of the time, your body produces enough taurine on its own, but supplements can also help you meet your taurine needs.
