It’s impossible to give a complete review on any supplement because I don’t have a lab to verify the formula and concentrations claimed by the manufacturer and we generally haven’t taken it on a long term basis. I sought these gummies as a preventative for my husband because he has the dreaded big toe issue that affects men who consume beef and beer. So far, so good. But it’s too soon to determine effectiveness. What I can tell you is that these tart cherry gummies are delicious! Soft and softly chewy and bursting with cherry flavor. There is celery in this formula too but I don’t detect it in the flavor. I wish I could find candy this good. But perhaps it’s better that I don’t because I could gorge on these yummy gummies. You will have no difficulty incorporating these tart cherry supplements into your routine because they seem like a treat instead of a supplement.

I really like these supplements and I feel that they have helped with my overall mood, joint health and with getting a good night’s sleep. The only negative that I have is that they are a little high in sugar and carbs. Of course, that is why these taste as good as they do. It is a trade off. Overall, Highly Recommended if the sugar and carbs are not a concern.

These are soft and have been easy to chew and swallow. I like to take two of these in the evening after a busy day to help my muscles recover better. I feel like I sleep better after taking them. There is 5 grams of sugar that have been added to the gummies. This smells and tastes like cherry.

I’ve been taking 3000mg of tart cherry supplement in capsule form daily for the past six months at the direction of my physician to help alleviate bone pain. I wanted to try these tart cherry gummies to see if I prefer them to the capsules. Both supplements provide 1000mg per gummy/capsule so I’d take three per day.
These gummies remind me of real cherries and don’t taste too tart at all. There is a small amount of sugar but not enough to deter me from taking them. The label needs correcting though. The front label claims “sugar free” yet the back label clearly lists sugar in the ingredients.
They’re especially tasty and satisfying. However, they’re twice as expensive as my capsule alternative so it will be an indulgence for me to continue with the gummies. I do prefer them – they’re delicious!

These gummies taste great, seem to be effective & are made with quality ingredients. I actually look forward to taking them after dinner, as if they’re like a candy or something lol. If nothing else, I’ve definitely been getting to sleep a little easier.
I’ve confirmed with Simple Life Nutrition that all of there products, including these gummies, are manufactured in the US in a GMP-approved facility & are also certified by NSF, the gold standard of supplement certification. HUGE PLUS!

I love cherry flavor and these taste great. They are GMP certified.
The ingredients list 5g sugar, followed by “Includes 5g Added Sugards” (sic). This is 10% of the daily recommended dosage. If the first three ingredients on the list are Glucose syrup, sugar, and dextrose (all sugars!), It cannot say “sugar free” on the front pf the label right below the cherries. People with diabetes could miscalculate. The FDA regulations say that “sugar free” labeling requires less than 0.5g sugar per serving and this is 10x higher.
In summary, great flavor and texture and I personally don’t mind a little sugar. However the labeling must accurately reflect the ingredients.
