There are 200 capsules in this bottle. At the time of this review, a bottle is 14.99 making it just 7 cents per capsule so this is quite reasonable in price to try if you are interested. The directions suggest taking one per day so this is a 200 day supply if you follow them. Mine are fresh. They expire in April 2027. They are made in the USA, which I like too. I also found the capsules to have no taste or odor. They are standard in size and easy to swallow.

This is a decent price for what seems to be a high quality product. I like that it only has one ingredient. Don’t know if it’s helping my health be better, but it seemed a good idea to work my way through a bottle and see if i notice anything by the end of it.
