Iodine from natural kelp, in an extract form, this is ideal for me. I’ve been taking iodine from kelp for a long time, ever since I found out how it supports a healthy thyroid… and furthermore, the iodine that is put in table salt, from what I understand, is not a very stable form of iodine at all, and it will evaporate out of the salt, completely, shortly after the salt container is opened… so I don’t see how they get away telling people this is a good way to get supplemental iodine, at least not after the first few shakes, after the container is opened,… so for me, kelp is the perfect alternative. And this brand here, not only offers the kelp in an extract form, which ideal in my opinion, but I love the addition of the green tea extract, and I love how this brand gives you the pertinent information you might need, in terms of polyphenol content, etc. And this product is made in the USA, an absolute must as far as I’m concerned. Great product.

I ordered the Tahoe Nutritionals Kelp Supplement for supporting thyroid health. It is not assayed for the percentage/mg of iodine. Tahoe Nutritionals is manufactured by Carlyle Nutritionals. They refuse to provide proof of 3rd party testing or Certificates of Analysis for their products.

I love this supplement! I love that it comes in such small pills. It’s much easier to swallow than other brands that I’ve tried. I also feel that somehow, this is a much better quality than the other brands. I’ve tried. I don’t know the science behind it. I just know that it works better for me. It somehow makes me feel more even, if that makes sense. I’ve been taking it for a few weeks now, and I will continue to do so. I also love that this is so affordable, at under $10. I can safely say that I recommend these.
