I’ve taken a star away for not being organic. It does come organic from other sources.
Non-the-less, I do value this particular supplement alot. It’s benefits are wonderful & effective.
I’m not a fan of casules anymore….swallowing issues. Taking 3 is a stretch for me. If that is the case for you, open them & pour in a smoothie. Since this one has rice flour, etc, I would not recommend as a straight drink down myself.
I don’t recognize this company but Carlyle Nutritionals LLC manufactured this & was founded in 2018 & is a private company. Tahoe Nutritionals list this & 7 other supplements under Amazon. I don’t know how many different names & lines of vitamins, etc they have between both.
Neither company ‘3rd party tests’ so whatever claims made have to be taken at face value. Lost a star on that!
Being made in a GMP facility is a plus along with non GMO, etc.
You decide. There’s pros & cons!

Hawthorn Berries are high in anti-oxidants, and great for cardiovascular health and cholesterol management. Two areas I’m trying to improve in. This bottle contains nearly a 30 day supply. I dislike that I have to take 3 pills, but that’s because the recommended dosage is a little over 1.5 grams which is hard to cram into one pill. They are easy to swallow and haven’t noticed any improvements yet, but it’s one of those supplements you have to take for a while before results are noticeable.

I appreciate that these hawthorn berry capsules are packaged and lab tested in the USA and that they non-gmo, with simple ingredients. They are easy to take and the price is very reasonable when compared with similar products. Obviously, please speak with a trusted medical professional and do your own research before taking any new supplement. However, if you and your provider feel that a Hawthorn Berry supplement might be beneficial to you, I personally feel this particular product could be a great option. Five stars.

The normal serving side of this is shown in the photo basically it’s three capsules and they say preferably with food, but I just take mine as they are anytime. I feel like I want them.
This is one of those great antioxidant berries, and we need more of those in our life, but check with your doctor. If you have any heart conditions, not that I can find anything major, but there was a slight warning and one of the descriptions.:
“ Hawthorn berry’s high antioxidant content may help lower blood pressure and cholesterol, reduce inflammation, improve skin health, and aid digestion. However, it might not mix well with certain heart medications.”
This is not a new item for me as I grew up in the US and I was always familiar with this plant and it’s fruit
They are dissolving capsules, but just for fun just to try the flavor and it was actually good and reminded me of a non-sweetened Rosehip vitamin C wafer that you chew.
I see no major contradictions of why I shouldn’t take this and I am on high blood pressure medication but for me I hope that this will help lower it naturally as a lot of these that are improving my health as it may help you stay away from big Pharma medicines as they get rich off of us And yet the answer could be as simple as Hawthorne berries

This is a decent Hawthorn Berry supplement. These are non-gmo quick release capsules. I gave them to a relative to try, as they contain gelatin, which I can’t have due to medical reasons. She’s been taking this supplement for over a week now. It contains a large amount of hawthorn. They’ve been a good addition to her diet to incorporate more antioxidants. We recommend them.

Hybrid. –
I read studies Hawthorn may help with Essential Tremor. Have been taking this as directed– 3 capsules per day– and it does pretty dramatically lessen the shaking. This is the only thing I’ve found in going on three years since this familial tremor unfortunately made its appearance at age 60. Obviously doublecheck interactions with any meds you already take. This is the sole thing I take for ET, as I’m putting off medical intervention of any kind as long as possible. Capsules are more easily digested than tablets, and these are small capsules, three of which amount to 1,695 milligrams in total per day. Good luck
