Depending on your need for calcium supplementation, this bottle could last you 2.5 months or only 1.25 months. The serving size of 2 caplets provides 600mg of calcium. If you are not getting calcium from other sources and need 1200mg/day per your age, gender or doctor’s recommendations, then this bottle would only last you a little over a month at 4 per day. The benefits of the APRAVIO Bone Health calcium is being able to swallow smaller pills (as opposed to those thumb sized1200mg tablets) and spread out the dosage: you could take 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening with this brand. Vitamin D3 is included for better absorption of calcium, as well as a bit of zinc, magnesium & copper. Having lower dose mini tablets also allows for easy tapering up or down when you need to gradually add or reduce your calcium supplementation.
While the company backs its formulas based on scientific testing, I could not find info as to whether the Apravio brand is third party tested for quality & purity of product, so I am giving 4 stars.

The outer seal of the bottle was easy to open and the inner seal was easy to remove with cotton inside to prevent the tablets from moving around the extra space. The tablets taste like your typical calcium supplements, but are small and you are directed to take two daily to consume what is stated within the nutrition facts. They were taken after eating food for more even digestion.
These supplements only have the advertised ingredients within them and have a decent amount of 150 tablets for the price. Although you could find cheaper calcium supplements at a walk-in store near you, you are obviously not quite guaranteed that the ingredients are exactly as stated and that the product is as advertised, so you could be getting more than you bargained in the first place. This product does what it says, and nothing more. Thank you for reading!

This calcium supplement seems good. It contains 600mg of calcium and 1600UI of vitamin D3 to help with better absorption of the calcium by the body. It also contains other essential minerals including magnesium, zinc, copper, and manganese. It comes in small tablets but I wouldn’t call them minis. They are relatively smaller than many calcium tablets, so they are easier to swallow. Though you’ll need to take 2 per day.
This comes in a plastic bottle, double sealed for protection. This is a 75-day supply. Mine has a best before date of 08/2023, a little sooner than I expected of a calcium supplement but still plenty of time to finish it. Manufactured and packaged in the USA. Overall, I like this calcium supplement. It is a little smaller in size which makes it easier to take. At about $0.27 per serving, it is a pretty decent value for the money.

Many people as they age risk osteoporosis, the weakening of their bone mass, so it is important to take measures ahead of time to avoid the risk. In addition to strength training as lifting weights combats bone loss better than any other form of excerise, this supplement only helps to preserve and strengthen the bones as we age. I highly reccomend everyone to take these precautions in advance. There is no 1 miricle pill but an ounce of prevention in many forms out weigh the cure.

These are a good Cal-Mag-Zinc supplement that are on par with all the rest I’ve taken over the years. I can’t say if they’re better or worse because I’ve got decades left to find if they had the desired effect. You are supposed to take 2 per day for 46% of your calcium RDA. My current brand says to take 3 per day for 75% of one’s calcium RDA, so they contain essentially the same concentration of calcium.
That said, they are easy to swallow and don’t upset my stomach at all. I do question why they are called ‘minis’ because they are the exact same size as my current brand. I would expect a mini to be about the size of an M&M, but these are an average size coated caplet.

I like the fact that it’s easy to swallow, it doesn’t have any taste to it and it’s very potent. I got it for calcium but I like the fact that it includes much more and supports immune system. So I ended up getting a lot in one bottle.

I am very happy that this calcium supplement also contains vitamin D3, which I think is essential to help your immune system along with magnesium and zinc to help with calcium absorption. The pills are a smaller size than other calcium tablets I’ve taken so they are quite easy to swallow. The 600 mg amount of calcium is what my doctor recommended. She has told me that too much calcium could possibly cause cardiovascular issues, but I still want to take enough to keep my bones strong as my mother suffered from severe osteoporosis later in her life. I am 61 and have been faithfully taking calcium supplements for years. I am very pleased with this one!
