My son just got his braces removed and BEHOLD, he now has lovely retainers to clean twice a day! 😄
He said that these remove any icky smells from leftover food and virtually cleans them almost 100% occasionally he does have to scrub with a brush (I bought separately to clean in the crevices of the retainer) and he said his retainer feels very clean after use! With or without the extra brush. He pops it in water for about 5 minutes while he brushes and then rinses. I love that it’s simple enough for a 10, now 11 year old to use on his own twice a day and the package comes with a ton. We’re barely going to be repurchasing another box and it’s been months!!

I use this to clean my mouth guard after every use. Had previously used soap and water and while worked okay, this keeps it from yellowing and leaves a nice slightly minty taste once rinse off and put in. Does work best with warm water and I usually leave it in a small cup all day until need again in the evening. Highly recommend!

I bought this product for other uses. I tossed 2 tablets into my carpet shampooer this morning. Did a great job. Then I tossed in a tablet along with 1 pod of DW soap and also great results. I guess it will also work to remove stains in coffee mugs, carafes, etc. When I used it in my carpet shampooer, I used very hot water and the tablets fizzed at the bottom for a couple minutes. Added the carpet shampoo and off I went.

Worked okay on my aligners. Sometimes would leave a film that would need to be brushed off.
The cleaning tables work very well on my retainers. No additional brushing needed most of the time.
